Previously, I had dropped a coat there for a zipper repair and cleaning. Went I went back, the…read morezipper was fixed, but the coat wasn't cleaned and the said it was cleaned. This was an easy mistake and they only charged for the zip repair. So we gave them another chance and didn't leave any review. But 2nd time around, We took a pair of shorts to repair that had a hole and a vest to repair. The vest was repaired but the shorts wasn't and had two additional holes that they said was because the material was thin. Then proceeded to charge to fix the holes they made and the original hole that wasn't touched. Nope, not doing that! They were decent about refunding the deposit that my partner made. He did it without thinking of just how ridiculous it was. I went elsewhere and got all the holes fixed for 1/2 the price. We drove 10 mins away for better service.
