The prices are…read moreoutrageous: washers and dryers are expensive, detergent and laundry bags are overpriced (a single bag is $7, when you can get three next door for the same price!), and even the vending machine charges almost $2 for a small bag of chips. To make matters worse, a lot of the machines were broken, which made it harder to even get my laundry done. The environment itself also needs improvement -- there are a lot of people coming and going, some just hanging around, and it doesn't feel particularly welcoming or organized. The only good thing I can say is that I was able to finish my laundry, but that's about it. Definitely recommend checking out other laundromats in the area before settling on this one.

The equipment has stayed the same throughout the years and it appears upkeep isn't top priority. A lot of the dryers have the black lining on the glass of the door falling off which in turn lets the heat out. I've seen people stuff dryer sheets into the places where the lining is missing but that doesn't help keep the heat. The customer is losing money since the machines aren't efficient. The washing machines themselves are dirty- the location to place your soaps and softeners is all clogged up with residue - those need a good cleaning and staff/owner can do that but they don't. It's rare you will find a staff member that is non Spanish speaking so communication when something is wrong is nonexistent. The area itself is going through a change and honestly I don't feel that safe going to this location like I used to. After a long time of coming here - I had to end it. I hope they renovate and or address maintenance issues.
