Pros: Clean, well-maintained laundromat. -There's a good…read morenumber of machines, and I like how the machines are grouped and labeled by size so you don't have to waste time searching around for the right one. -It seems the washers are pretty fast and efficient. -Very convenient parking--you can park in their lot, and the door is right in front of you. -The restroom is very clean. -The prices may be a tad high during regular times, but there are several times for discounts, and the Wednesday all-day discount on all washers is one of the best deals in town, especially with the larger washers. (It also cuts down on the competition you may experience at the other large laundromat in town.) -had a non-urgent question about my laundry card, and Customer Service replied the next day and graciously gave me a credit remotely via web site chat. The cons: -The seats are awkwardly close together. -The Wednesday evening that I went, the attendant, though nice, spoke almost no English, so I couldn't get help for a question regarding the laundry card machine. -The biggest downside for me is the limited number of settings on the washers. You can't select combination of options that is not in the 8 common presets, such as heavy soil warm water, or normal cold wash. There's no option at all for an extra wash or extra rinse. I use all these settings pretty regularly. Anyway, it seems my laundry has come out decently clean as far as I can tell.

Not to be long winded, but the last time I did do it myself I complained about something and when I came in today noticed that my complaint had been addressed and no longer an issue. The washer I used had a screen that didn't light up with numbers like the rest did and I almost thought it was out of order but it still worked. Some of the dryers had damaged display screens which were unsightly tbh. The beverage vending machine had reasonably priced drinks in it like 1$ water bottles but I didn't buy any since I wasn't thirsty at the moment but it's nice to know they're cheap. Also cool how it takes debit cards as well as cash. Staff is helpful and nice. Overall it's a good laundromat that I recommend trying.

After so much time has passed, LOAD is still claiming they are correct in BLAMING ME for delivering my laundry to the WRONG DOOR which resulted it in being stolen. Customers DO NOT have to take my review to be true. My original review is still up and has screen shots of how they asked me change my review if they compensated me for THIER ERROR. All future prospective customers have to do is look at 99% of all of their other reviews to see how awful they are. Also, I never got a full refund for the cost of my belongings, I received a portion of what my belongings were valued at. Bottom line: If you value your clothes, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. Buyer beware, this place is unethical and will continue to bother you for months. To make certain they stop, I will contact the Better Business Bureau and report them. That should finally and hopefully put this issue to rest. Also, I use RINSE now and they are prompt, arrive when promised and have not lost a single item once and offer free bags if you don't reach their weight level. Initially, everything seemed straightforward, and I received a message at 6:47 PM stating that my laundry was ready. However, when I tried to schedule same-day delivery back to my home, that option wasn't available. I called the laundromat to clarify, and the experience quickly went downhill. The woman I spoke with was extremely unprofessional--she told me I was wrong, insisted my laundry wasn't ready, raised her voice, and ultimately hung up on me while I was trying to understand what was going on. Because of that interaction, I asked a friend who lives nearby to pick up my laundry even if it had not been serviced yet, as I didn't feel comfortable continuing the service. Shortly after, the same employee called me back to say it was a mistake and that my laundry was actually ready. There was no apology for the confusion or for how I was treated. When my friend arrived for pickup, there woman acknowledged the misunderstanding but offered no apology. While my laundry was completed, the lack of professionalism and basic customer service was disappointing--especially for a paid rush service. I also ended up handling pickup myself instead of receiving the delivery I paid for. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and works on improving communication and customer service, because this experience did not meet expectations.
