We were so lucky to have worked with Abby on our move to San Rafael. She is knowledgeable, organized, and professional. Abby is definitely "my real estate agent"! She has sold two properties for me. One in Novato, CA and one in Napa, CA. I do not understand why anyone would use a different real estate agent then Abby Tanem? My Novato home was a townhouse that was in northern Novato. The condominiums in that neighborhood were severely under priced and Abby was not only able to get me $50,000 over asking price, but was able to meet with the appraisers to explain why this Madera Marin complex was being undervalued. I first worked with Abby in 2009. I was single and looking to purchase my first home. I figured I would be looking for a condo for myself and two dogs.
