They did not over charge, quality plywood sheets were given and they worked endless hours in the heat with hardly any breaks on loading cars/trucks. To anyone that tries to claim price gouging, you are literally, out of your mind and clearly showed up last min with your "entitled self". When a truck full of 400 sheets showed up from Pompano, they selflessly stayed after until the last one was gone. The site showed $32 per sheet but that specific one (thickness) sold out... then they went to the thicker sheets which were $40... as do all stores. I'm super grateful for them because I just moved here with the military and was away for school in Virginia, so I came back right in time for a major hurricane. All the stores were sold out and he said to come by. Thank you International Plywood and Team for everything, I'm definitely bringing some cookies by, post-storm, to show my appreciation. P.S. great quality sheets and I feel much safer facing this beast of a hurricane.

However, when I later returned to them in order to build 3 small 1 inch and a half floating shelves they wanted to charge me over $300 without installation which is offensively overpriced. Not to mention that after already spending over $3,000 with them, one would expect them to cut you a discount given that you came back to their business on two separate occasions. Nevertheless, they didn't seem to ever return my calls or follow up with me except telling me that the previous girl I spoke with Jenny quit in November. Only causing more confusion rather than solutions to my query. To this day as you can see in the picture of the kitchen, on the right corner I have yet to get my 3 floating small shelves despite that their Yelp page clearly states they do fine carpentry. So these shelves should've been an easy quick job given its size and scope. Hopefully the owner Damien who was very nice and did the measurements of my bathroom will see this review and kindly reach out in order to rectify this long overdue customer experience dating back since August 2018.

I was in need of sod to be laid at my home. We were selling and I only had a few hours before the buyers came by for a final walk through. I quickly made a post on Next Door app asking for someone that can lay sod same day and I received multiple responses so I randomly chose one. It happened to be Patron Elite. From start to finish, professionalism at its finest. I called them, explained the situation. I reached out to them at nearly 3pm and by 4, they had the sod, and by 5:15, they were at my home delivering a pallet of freshly cut sod. They worked for hours until the job was complete. Best part is the new buyers were super impressed to see new grass being laid on their new lawn during their walkthrough. This company does a multitude of things and are not limited to sod.
