Xavier is a great handyman! I have been struggling to find a trustworthy handyman with good work in Miami/Broward until I found Xavier. Within 30 mins of requesting for a quote on Yelp, he gave me a very reasonable quote after seeing my project photos and offered availability for the next day at 8am. On the day of the work, Xavier arrived early and called me at 8am sharp. He got to work immediately and checked with me throughout the project and explained to me several options based on his expertise of how to best finish the project. When I needed an attic access door, he offered to go to Home Depot to pick it up for me, which I really appreciate. During the work, I also learned he is a certified electrician and HVAC technician, so I asked him to help check my backyard light which wasn't initially in the plan, and he promptly discovered what the issue was and fixed light quickly. After the work, I asked him the total costs since the electrical work isn't in the initial quote, and he gave me a price actual lower than his initial quote. I was quite surprised since he eventually did more work than initially quoted so I asked him why it is lower than the initial quote, and he said the actual project is easier than what he initially thought it would be. I let him know that I had a number of properties, and would be interested in using him for more work, if he did OK.
