I like the doctors and staff since they are always courteous, respectful and do not push unnecessary treatments for our kids. for example, our daughter needed multiple fillings, while the other dentists would only do general anesthesia to reduce the amount of time, ABC allowed us to take care of over multiple visits so we would not have to use general anesthesia for our 4 year old daughter. thank you ABC. read more

She was very anxious, and I was charged $85 for nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to help calm her. However, the nitrous oxide had no noticeable effect on my child, and the service did not achieve its intended purpose. I am not writing this BZ of money it is just BZ of how ridiculous Dear statement is which made me so angry because my daughter was scared to death since the doctor keep her nose with her hands and put the mask on her mouth and she was screaming. Help me help me mom and they call it misbehavior When I raised this concern, I was told that not only would I not receive a refund, but also that I should be grateful I was not charged an additional $250 "misbehavior" fee. Let's talk about it, first I called to schedule my daughter's appointment. Due to the lady, the dentist words: "don't speak well English" no the receptionist spoke loud and clear but did not want to schedule my daughter an appointment, Refuse to let me talk to a manager, refuse to give her name. In response to all of it I had to go inside to schedule my daughter. Before I could even say what I was there for the receptionist cut me off asking for my daughter's name, I told her no ma'am and to get her manager. Then as I am finally talking to the manager, the dentist, about how the receptionist refuse to schedule my daughter, the receptionist continuously cut into our conversation with remarks and then even threw out slurs swearing at me in Spanish. Assuming I would not understand. I was apologize to on the dentist behalf and we sat down and got my daughter scheduled in for the procedure but looking back at it, we are going to go get a second opinion because when the dentist was explaining the procedure and claim my daughter had a cavity in between two of her teeth, I was informed only one of her tooth would be taken care of for now at the cost of $100 copay. If there's a cavity, both should be taken care of. I am having high doubts if there is a cavity at all. This business is unprofessional, if it's not the attitude, it's the overpriced even if you have dental insurance. Also, my kid was 3 (now 4) when she went to her first exam and they refuse to let me be in the room while she was getting her check up and cleaning done. I have never seen that before. Notice how on some of these reviews how the BUSINESS OWNER responds to these reviews? Justifying why they don't floss, brush, and clean all in one clean due to germs in the air? Lady you're a joke, the first ever clown dentist. Then you are also gaslighting and manipulating another parent into thinking that them paying for the PPE that your business should provide is something we pay for due to insurance as a whole, it's again your business's job to provide the equipment for your service, the insurance pays for your services. I agree with other reviews that this dentistry has issues. Firstly, there are instances of overcharging and deception. I visited this dentistry with my son for a routine cleaning and examination. Following the appointment, they charged me a $10 copay. I inquired if they had confirmed this copay with my insurance, to which the receptionist assured me they had. However, I have held this insurance for over 10 years and have never been charged a copay before. Despite my reservations about the charge, I made the payment and stepped outside to contact my insurance company. Upon speaking with my insurance representative, they offered to directly communicate with the dentistry office. With the speakerphone activated, I returned to the office, where the assistant verified with my insurance provider over the phone that no copay was required. They assured me of a refund and mentioned they would contact me once the insurance personnel were available. However, I never received any follow-up call or refund. Then I texted the receptionist, they surprisingly claimed that the fee had nothing to do with my insurance and that they would refund it as a "courtesy" (what??!!). This discrepancy in their explanation is concerning and reflects poorly on their honesty. Furthermore, Dr. Sadrian diagnosed a cavity in my son's tooth and urged immediate treatment. Seeking a second opinion, I visited another pediatric dentist, only to discover that there was no cavity at all. The person that works in billing is so unprofessional and incompetent. She was unable to verify my insurance and told me to either pay out of pocket (and bill my own insurance) or go somewhere else. Instead of helping me, she kept talking back on the phone. I asked for the office manager and the response was "we don't have one". No wonder why they treat patients this way. Switched my kids to this dentist when they were about 3 years old. They've always had great care for their teeth and the staff could not be more kind and understanding. One of my kids has a sensory disorder which makes some things extremely difficult. The dentist and her assistants are always calm, patient and soothing. They describe what is going to happen, and what to expect, and they do not rush things, always checking to make sure she is okay during the process. Came here third or fourth time already. I would give this place one star. The dentist is scared of children with bite habit. She asked if my child has this habit I said yes, she said not a good kid (professional is keep your opinion yourself). They charged my insurance $116 (included the PPE) and I have to pay co-pay for around $29 plus $10 copay. Coming today is the rush of regular parent who taking care for children in the morning, forgot to bring my mask, they could not provide the mask and keep saying have to bring the own mask. Serious, we are not in the time when the mask was always un-available. You charged that much money for doing 1 mins inspect and cannot provide a single mask (billed included the PPE). We've been taking our kids here for less than a year, so not a lot of time to fully know the place. However, I know enough to at least leave a basic review. This place shockingly caters to one of my very difficult children, for some reason she's very comfortable here and it's always an easy visit for her (she's 4). For us as the parents however, a different story. Just by reading the tone of Roya's responses to her customer reviews, I can see she has a bit of an attitude and is highly offended by peoples' valid input/concerns, which shouldn't be the case as a professional service (they should be professional enough to take criticism). Also, this place will confront you in person about your review but again, in a defensive way, not a thankful or humble way. The response we've gotten from this place relating to our reviews is off putting. They do great work, and again my daughter usually cries at the dentist but not here, just wish they'd be nicer. read more

This office must be really good and comfortable with there care. Tried over and over to make an appointment with this office for existing patients. No record of all three. Staff was completely indifferent about making an appointment. Put me on hold for 15 minutes then got back on the line and said they had to call back because they were talking to insurance companies. I'm still on the fence whether I want to continue taking my kids to this dentistry or not. A good dentist but TERRIBLE accounting & office management. My two children were here to see a dentist and had a routine cleaning done last month. However, a few days later, we received the bill that forced us to pay $140. Usually the insurance company will cover twice a year for regular cleaning. So I asked the front desk, she answered that one of the children came 7 days earlier. The insurance would not cover it. My question is why the office didn't inform me when I made an appointment or took a look out for medical records to make sure the day was ok for insurance to pay for. Not even when I went to my appointment. If I had known, I could've at least canceled the appointment. As a result, I reluctantly paid the $140, but I canceled all other appointments. I would like to ask if the offices can make a little effort to try to make these things right and I would love to continue with this dentist. read more

Followed protocol and asked us questions before bringing us into the building. Very caring for my child and patient. My little girl is slow on her speech so she's very special. I have never left a bad review for anyone but I felt I needed to with our last experience. We have been going to this practice for years. We have had problems with them trying to overbill us from what their contract with Delta approved for. We worked through it because I didnt want to deal with the hassle of finding a new dentist. We have seen three different dentists there over the years and everyone seemed to be on par. However our last experience was horrible. I did not go in with my children because of covid precautions and I should have forced the issue. They did not do a full cleaning of all three of my children. No polishing or flossing. It seemed they were trying to rush me out the door. I had to ask three times to talk to the dentist to go over the care plan of one of my children and she was clearly annoyed that I did. She was frankly short and rude with me telling my that my child was going to loose all of her teeth because of her poor hygiene. This is a child that has never had a cavity until this last visit. They also charged me $30 for their PPE. This was not disclosed to me until we walked into the appointment and this was not an extra expense I was prepared to pay. I also work in the medical field and this is NOT standard of care to charge extra for their PPE. We then called and found another dentist to see for a second opinion and cleaning. They were shocked that the kids had a "cleaning" the week prior. I would highly recommend finding another practice to spend your hard earned money on. We pay a lot for dental insurance and I expected at least the minimum, which they did not do. read more

My 4 year old had an accident where she mostly knocked her top two front teeth out. It was really one of those parent nightmares that is hard to believe is happening. I called the emergency line at ABC because it was after hours (7 pm). Dr. Roya picked up, calmed us down, and was able to asses the situation immediately. Even though she had just gotten home, she could see that we had an emergency that couldn't wait for the morning and met us back in the office within half an hour. She and her assistant gently work on my daughter for over an hour. The teeth did not make it, but Dr Roya really did a great job making my daughter comfortable and properly taking care of the gums (needed stitches). Dr. Roya helped us through a really hard time and we cannot thank her enough! Also, we have used ABC dentistry for years with our 10 year old son and have had a great experience. I did not see Dr Sadrian in the office at all. The dentist I saw told me my daughter had a cavity and showed me the X-ray. I was just trying this place because it is so super close to my house. But when they said both my kids had cavities I got a second opinion from my excellent but farther away doctor because I thought that was unusual. ABC Children's center is where my daughter is going since last year. The teachers are so absolutely nurturing and respectful of each child's needs. We are thrilled to have our daughter be in such a loving and caring atmosphere. I like the fact that each of their teacher is qualified to be working with the children , has detailed background checks, required to take flu and infectious diseases vaccines yearly , and are well trained to work with children. Their curriculum is geared to spark curiosity in my child and and they let her develop at her interested pace with soft re-direction. This is what I love the best about their approach. We are lucky to have found this place. It's close to Costco and so find it funny when my daughter wants to go there on weekends too when we go to Costco. :) I definitely recommend it to all my friends in my circle. read more

He is 4 and, of course he freaks out about the tools with drilling sounds that get put into his mouth and sitting on the chair which staff always makes the mistake of moving while my kid is on it! It freaks him out! I think it would freak any small child out. On my last visit, the dental assistant said as we were leaving "thank god he has no cavities, I wouldn't want to work on him acting like that" is that comment supposed to make me want to come back? Dr.Sadrian and staff are very gentle and supporting to the children. Our kid suffered a dental drama from other dental offices, then we moved to this place. Now he has no more issues of any dental work. The recent big dental work he had. It was done so smoothly so right after that our son even asked to go for a slide. The office is decorated nicely and cozy and has many games in the lobby. Each dental room, the kids could enjoy their favorite movies while getting the treatment. The Dentist is great. Super friendly dentist assistants and the dentist as well. But the front desk clerks need to figure out how to properly explain prices to customers. I was given 3 different quotes for the same procedure that I already made an appointment for. I mean, seriously, I just want to know my cost when coming in. They need to figure it out. I have taken my son here for last 4 years. In general they were fine. Billing not ideal and many unnecessary charges... but we got that sorted out after having to call a few times. Haven't had to do at any other dentist though. Recently with covid they had a $25 ppe charge that we weren't aware of until day of our appt. So we'd already taken time off work and now stuck paying it. Doctor's offices and other dental facilities don't have this charge. I work in one and it's part of the business. But if you are charging state it when you call and email to confirm appt. Then I can decide. I wrote to the owner 2 months ago (as instructed by staff when I called) about this hoping she would have decency to at least respond... but nothing to date... Secondly, they overcharged for a covered service. I had to call my insurance company to confirm. I thought they would have competent people to do so prior to appt.
