When I arrived on September 9, I was told I didn't have an appointment--even though I had the confirmation. If it was canceled, I should have at least received a call or email. Instead, I wasted 30-40 minutes driving there only to be turned away. To make matters worse, the receptionist offered me only half a treatment (half legs) and expected me to wait an hour, even though I pay for full legs and had a confirmed appointment. It's completely unacceptable to be charged every month, go 4 months without treatment, and still not receive the service I'm paying for. This place needs to take accountability for poor scheduling, lack of communication, and wasting customers' time and money.
