This place was perfect before the staff changed. I feel sorry for the owner for allowing this girl Jessica to work here. I actually received second-degree burns from her treatment because she increased intensity without my consent that's actually a huge legal issue. After each treatment she will talk really fast like raping to say something like "you don't need another treatments right?" After filled complaint to the headquarter, the first thing she did was lie straight to my face. She is always rushing the process and missing spots like she has somewhere better to be, and if you question her, she gives you bs that insult your intelligence. I filed a complaint, but this company's "medical team" has absolutely no accountability or responsibility, just pure gaslighting. Luckily, I went to a real dermatologist who said the damage can be reversed. Otherwise, I would be suing. Avoid this place, especially since Jessica is currently the only technician. It is literally worth the drive to go to a different branch. So glad I moved to different state and staffs in here are so professional and care about their work. read more

I've had an extremely frustrating experience with this laser hair removal place. I've been paying monthly for the past 4 months, yet I haven't been able to receive proper treatments because they are either unable to schedule me on the days I'm available or they cancel without notice. On August 26, I came in for my appointment but was told I couldn't be treated because I was tanning month ago and that's understandable so they only did a small test area and rescheduled me for September 9. When I arrived on September 9, I was told I didn't have an appointment--even though I had the confirmation. If it was canceled, I should have at least received a call or email. Instead, I wasted 30-40 minutes driving there only to be turned away. To make matters worse, the receptionist offered me only half a treatment (half legs) and expected me to wait an hour, even though I pay for full legs and had a confirmed appointment. It's completely unacceptable to be charged every month, go 4 months without treatment, and still not receive the service I'm paying for. This place needs to take accountability for poor scheduling, lack of communication, and wasting customers' time and money. read more

Treatments are really good, I'm in my 3rd session and I can see the results already. The low rating is for the staff- excluding the manager who treated us very well!!! She was great, even though it was not her fault- she helped us nicely. Unfortunately, they are very delayed to schedule the up-comings appointments, the ideal is to go every five weeks for the treatment but for all my sessions the only available time it was after 7/8 weeks. Also, the receptionist does not know how to work, the manager had to solve my problem - that was simple - because maybe she was lazy to check the calendar for the next availability. The practitioner, she does a okay job but very rude, looks like she hates her job and it's being forced to work. The treatments itself are great, scheduling a disaster - after cancelling day-of for my appointment and being reassured I'd be put back on the schedule, I've had to chase down to get an appointment. My treatment is all of ten minutes and I'm being told I have to wait over a month. Despite the growing number of Milan clinics in the northeast, it's consistently problematic to be able to get appointments. read more

This place is so incredible! The location is perfect, on a main road with a huge parking lot. The staff is kind and welcoming, which is much appreciated, especially for such a personal and up-close experience. Taylor is fantastic; I'm so grateful for her expertise and judgment-free zone attitude. She's quick and efficient and has made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process so far. The beginning sessions were completely pain-free but still brought results. Now that I'm about halfway through the sessions, the pain has increased slightly but is completely manageable and nothing a few pre-appointment Tylenol can't fix. I've struggled with unwanted hair growth due to PCOS and never thought laser hair removal would be a viable option due to high pricing, but during my consultation with Valerie, it became clear that with the payment plans offered, I could afford this solution to an issue that had made me so insecure. Some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered. The laser technician treats clients like they're an inconvenience. She kept the cool air during my laser session on very low setting and I could actually feel my skin burning because of how high the heat was - I say this as someone who has had laser hair removal at numerous different places as I move frequently and someone with a high pain tolerance. I had to ask to get the cold air increased, which she should've already done. You can't burn our faces to lower your electric expenses. When I requested she lower the heat, she was also very snappy at me and it made me upset. You want to be able to have an open line of communication with your service provider as laser hair removal is intimate and she was working on my face - but she made me very uncomfortable and I felt on edge. To make matters worse, a man randomly walked into the room. Why is the front desk not managing people? How can men just randomly walk into your laser session? As a woman, I do not feel comfortable. The staff is unkind, inconsiderate and unpleasant. I also felt rushed after my laser session. I regret doing business with this establishment. They have also cancelled/ called to reschedule multiple appointments and are overall unreliable. For an investment of thousands of dollars, I would absolutely not recommend this establishment. read more
