I appreciate the customer service at this store as they provide both perfect directions to locate the items you are looking for or using their handheld devices to see if they are out of stock. If they are out of stock, they can direct you to another ABC location as I experienced last Christmas season. The staff here also makes excellent wine recommendations you may want to try in the future. I've taken their recommendations up a number of times and have been very satisfied in the staff leading me to new "favorites". Their rewards program is also excellent in that as a member you have access to promotions, $5 reward coupons and $10 off every $100 of wine you purchase. I achieved Gold Key status which allows you to access the "Vault" and an ability to obtain hard to get items (such as the Blanton's Bourbon). However, I have experience problems with some issues related to the corporate side of the Rewards process. I've contacted Guest Services several times for issues I've uncovered in either redeeming points, getting access to the Vault when they updated the app and that a member's $10 off a purchase of $100 of wine is not recognized for online orders. I experienced this recently and had to cancel the order at the store and purchase the exact same three bottles to receive my $20 discount. I sent the online order receipt to Guest Services and received a reply thanking me for bringing it to their attention. Their eCommerce department was to look into a possible coding issue. However, I haven't purchased anything online since to see if its corrected. I prefer going directly to the SoDo location and working with the exceptional staff there to get exactly what I need.

It's nothing like what I'm used to nor what I was expecting. And, it doesn't even have a quarter of the variety available at what I considered it's competition, Total Wine. It's just a whole bunch of the most marketed beers in the country, and just a handful of the bigger craft beer brands, too. I mean, I believe Publix has a wider variety than these guys! Overall, my ABC experience was dissappointing. The place felt like a gas station store that only sold hard liquors and wine. Yes, it was clean and easy to walk around, but you can find that in any other respectable store. I guess it's a good place to stop for quick, last-minute shopping, but if you're really into variety and high quality products, there's nothing for you in here...

The place is nice and clean but is obviously taking advantage of tourists not being familiar with the area.
