I had to ask several different employees for help and it took them almost 30 mins to actually help me. The store was very slow and most of them were just talking to each other instead of helping customers. Total wien for me it's the best place to buy alcohol! My only advice is take some care with the direct wine, because sometimes they have like *fake rating*. But in terms of variety and price, it's been the best place for me. Specially if you like European beers and craft ipa's. This liquor store is so friendly they have a mascot. 'Margarita the Peacock' can frequently be seen greeting customers out on the sidewalk in front of Total Wine. Honestly the staff says she hangs out at the other businesses in the plaza and has a different monicker at each store. She is very chill and doesn't flinch at shopping carts or people walking in. I have not seen her feather spread but she does have a royal crown. Seriously Total Wine has a huge selection of beer, wine, fine liquor and all the everything you need to get sauced or throw a party. It is a large store but is divided into distinct sections so navigating the store is pretty simple. The staff is very helpful and will ask if they can assist you by showing you where to find an item or helping you make a selection. The checkout is fast and easy. If they are busy they get more lanes open quickly. You can order online or shop in person. There is ample parking out front and they have a separate counter for online order pickup. They do have sales but the significant savings here is from using their app to activate deals or using the paper coupons that print at checkout. read more

I parchased 11 bottes of Phanton red wine 2021 to pick thos up and when I arrived they gime me 2022. I told him that I tried to by 24 bottles on his website and they just told me that they have 11 bottles. It's not fair sell 2021 and delivery 2022. With the store layout, usually all of the liquors are kind of together and the same with beer and wine. I found myself a ziggin' and a zaggin' around trying to find what I was looking for. The location requires you to go to the Millenia area, then trek down the dead-end area towards Home Depot. Honestly, if this was my "local" store, I'd probably rarely go due to traffic around the mall. They need another road in and out of there. I'm sure I'll stop in at some point as some stores have items that other stores don't, but I won't go here regularly like the E Colonial and Altamonte locations. read more

Today they have wines from $3, $5 and $10. The wine is organized by reds, whites, champagne & sparking, rare, and new wines! This is a crazy selection of adult beverages. The beer aisle alone is probably the size of many liquor stores. They have so much beer that it is organized into locations and styles. It was truly a bit overwhelming. If you come in without an idea what you're getting, you're going to be here awhile figuring it out. I barely made it out of the beer aisle, especially once we figured out that you can make your own six pack with just about anything they've got on the beer shelves. From there, though, you can venture into the harder stuff, which again can be overwhelming - no matter what your drink preference is. Don't let the name fool you. It's called Total Wine, but it might as well be Total Drinks. They even have a selection of non-alcoholic things, including a non-alcoholic whiskey and other choices. The one that caught my eye and made we hope to win the Powerball, though, was the 28-year Johnny Walker. At only $1,099, I could probably get a couple with that kind of money. read more

So...The only reason they get 2 stars is because they have a really good selection of spirits. You know it won't be a good experience when the employees are actively avoiding you. Being is that I am considered a recovering alcoholic I don't generally shop in this type of store anymore. I slept in on this occasion because my youngest has expressed an interest in having a skull-shaped bottle and I knew that I had seen some in the past. When I entered the store I immediately came upon a skull-shaped bottle in a box in amongst their Halloween decorations. This one was from Crystal Head Vodka. I wandered through the store looking to see if they had any other bottles that might interest me. In the end I found three other bottles all from Crystal head vodka that were skull shaped. I chose the limited edition pride one as I knew my child would like the bottle. For me this was not a cheap purchase but considering what you get I feel that it was worth the price that I paid. While I was there I did find some other things of interest that I might use in some of my cooking. We used to shop here years ago with some regularity and we have always had friendly service. On this visit they did not disappoint. Every employee I encountered was wearing a mask and they had dividers set up by the registers. I even saw an employee helping someone carry out a case of something that they purchased. If you're in the market for something this is a good place to shop. read more

I placed 2 orders within one day for delivery & bottom line received nothing!! The first order I placed was canceled for no reason & the store offered no explanation. The second order placed had little to no communication during the process. I had to call the store on a status check & was told my order was out for delivery. Only at that time was the status online changed to provide an update. Minutes later the order showed as returned & no call nor explanation. Called the store AGAIN & they again had no explanation and offered zero sympathy just said they would credit my card since the charges had already incurred. Their American craft beer selection is very diverse and they also have a large import selection. Rare releases are difficult to obtain because they either do not get them or there is not a large quantity and they go quickly. Be sure to sign up to get discount coupons emailed to you. I have purchased some expired beer here in the past, so I would advise you to take the extra time to check the date stamps before you head to the check out. If you are new to wine, beer or spirits I would encourage you to sign up for one their tasting classes. These offer an economical way for you to find out what your like - and what you don't. The single malt Scotch tasting class was my favorite one of all. Worst Total Wine location I've ever been to, and I've been to them in multiple states and never had an issue. Actually, every other Total Wine location has friendly and helpful employees! But the customer service here does not exist, no one even bothered to help us while looking around and the cashier continuously made extremely rude and passive aggressive comments to my face about me after I asked a simple question. It's really sad that poor customer service ruins a store that has otherwise great products, but we have zero desire to go back here. Today we had the worst experience ever when we tried to buy rum at Millennial Place and the cashier refused to sell it to me, with the excuse that before some of my friends came with an expired ID, I showed the cashier our Canadian ID, however, the cashier was rude! and she called the manager who also refused to sell us anything with the same excuse.
