The owner is absolutely amazing and accommodating. The inside is almost like a store and a classy bar area. I love that they have everything so organized and beautifully displayed. It is unbelievable how this space is in this strip mall. I don't think they got enough praise for how amazing it is! I love all of the details inside and the fabulous quotes on the wall! We got some alcohol from here for my daughter's birthday party and it was wonderful service! The owner, Bobby, is so kind and extremely helpful. If you need any alcohol or want to get something special for a special occasion, here is the place to go! They are also online, which is a huge advantage if you are not in the area. The prices are fair and he doesn't gouge just because it is in the "tourist area" like some alcohol stores do. Also if you have any special requests, he will try to see if he can get them for you. The place is immaculate and the staff is wonderful. Everything is separated according to type of drink and everything is kept fully stocked. We "need" wine. Ok, need is a bit strong, but, funding a wine shop that caters to every level of the wine experience is hard to find in the iDrive (International drive) area near Universal Studios. When we found this hidden gem (meaning it is a bit hard to find), we were pleasantly surprised. Most of the wine and liquor stores in the area are focused on visitors, as they should be. But, this shop focuses on the wine and liquors of the great global regions of our world. It's for those who are more interested in experiencing the fun and excitement when discovering and sharing new finds. I highly recommend you take a safari though their selection. I left the resort to grab a couple of items for the hotel room. I was looking a bottle of wine and a bottle of spirts. I was warmly greeted and pointed to my areas of Interest. After checking out the owner Bobby engaged me in a conversation. Super friendly knowledgeable and engaging. He asked me what my favorite wine was and then offered me a sample of a red he thought I'd enjoy. He didn't just pour me a simple a the counter, he suggested we take a seat at a table and enjoy a sample. I was blown away. It's been so long since I have been in a small business and the owner took so much interest in their customer and business. I wish I had a wine shop/ liquor store in Chicago like BevFly. This seems like a great liquor store. The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. They have a little bar area where you can try the wines. They have a better than average selection of unusual liquors. They also have a nice selection of medium priced wines. It's in a little plaza on international drive so it's not the easiest to see. read more

Never received my $20. tried to contact them again and was ghosted... poor customer service. Wow! Not only a GREAT selection of wine, but the owners are so friendly! And they have a Wine Bar where you can have a glass before you shop- very smart! While there are other big wine stores around Central Florida, this one has a flair about it unlike any other. When one of your roommates who has never had alcohol suddenly decides they want to drink, you oblige without hesitation. We decided to start her on some wine so when I found this place with a dedicated wine bar, I thought it would be perfect. Walking in, it was smaller than I had imagined. The wines are up front, the liquor and mixers are towards the back, and the wine bar is to your right. They had pretty much all of the standard fare with some not-so-standard offerings as well. After we had browsed and done our shopping, we decided to take advantage of the check-in offer to try some new wines. However, neither of the workers knew anything about it. The one in charge of the wine bar made us feel really awkward about it and seemed very disgruntled. He texted someone and flipped through some notebook before looking through the wines in the store that were cheap enough to be opened since they didn't have any that were already opened. We all decided it wasn't worth the hassle and just walked away which the worker clearly appreciated. The one who rang us up was definitely friendlier, but you could tell he wasn't really invested in his job, especially with comments like "I really don't care." Overall, they have a decent selection of wines with prices that are on par with other liquor stores. Given the attitude of the staff while we were there, I wouldn't go out of my way to return to this specific spot for my alcohol needs. read more
