He showed up on time, measure the room, and brought a lot of carpet samples for me to evaluate in the room under the natural lighting. It was very helpful. The carpet installers, Willie and his colleague, showed up on time and did an amazingly fast and highly professional job of removing the old carpet and installing the new carpet. From start to finish, they were here less than four hours and the space was nearly 500 ft.² with closets. I was very pleased with the end result. Everyone was very professional from start to finish and I am very happy with the end result. Should my wife not like the color I picked... I guess we can have them do it again!

After a month of working on my house that they said was gonna be a "two day job" I finally come home and it's horrendous. They fused the floor together with a wooden wedge with a visible gap and nailed the old flaking planks to the new ones with another pattern and texture. The worker USED my own tools that I bought and refused to return what he had used. There's no sealant on the bathtub which is hard to understand bc thats common sense. He cracked the tiles in my bathroom and left exposed dry wall right outside the tub. He left stains on my walls and bathroom counters. He had moved my washer which he threw wet items into and left them there for weeks on end so my clothes had molded. Also said he had finished doing the inside but broke one of my doors and left a bedroom completely untouched. When I messaged the worker about his incompetence he told me he will no longer be replying to me, as if his "work" wasn't a joke enough. If you want something good, run the other way this is not the place to expect a good result. Walking in and seeing my house like that was unacceptable.
