I met Wojtek when I walked in last minute trying to get a photo printed. I explained that I was on my way to a bachelorette party and the bride-to-be was going to be wearing her future hubby's face on a medallion necklace. I didn't come in prepared with a file on a memory stick but he kindly (and very patiently!) let me find the photo on my phone and mail it to him. I work downtown and a Friday afternoon I got a last minute invite to a great networking event, however, I was out of business cards (disaster). I had my business card template in my email, I walked into the store and said I needed some printed ASAP. I email the file, they printed and cut 100 double sided cards in about 35 min as quoted, all for under $35. I was impressed at this performance having first called places like kinkos, staples, and other potential resources in the immediate area. I used the Bellevue location for the last couple years and had really great experiences there. The tall blond was always dressed up and looked like a manager with a smile on her face. My jobs were on time, ect so when my job ended on the eastside and moved to Seattle i decided to use the same outfit. Not sure if abc is a franchise but things are very different in the Seattle location. When I walk in it looks like their getting ready to draw straws on who should help me. I can see multiple guys standing around but eye contact is avoided. 1st job was small and simple- was done correctly but not when they said it would. I had to come back twice that day and it was finally ready- a whole 2 hrs after my promised time.2nd job was a disaster. Not only was it not ready when i came to pick it up but it was backwards. I asked for 1 full and 3 half and instead i got 3 full and 1 half (conveniently more pricey$$$). When the guy helping me told the operator it was wrong i could hear the op pouting and complaining that thats not what he was told. I was mortified that i could hear this convesation and that he wasn't emphatic on getting the job done right with me standing there! I don't think i will be back to the Seattle abc. I will use United Repo down the street or drive back to bellevue where i know the service and deadlines are prioritized better. I understand that mistakes happen but it was how the mistake was handled that really turned me off. read more

I am in construction and ordered a set of prints online. The price which was quoted was half of what I had to pay when I got to the store. They offered no explanation except that the quote was only an estimate. So in the end what was supposed to be a $50 dollar job wound up costing $102. What made me most upset was how rude the guy was, no one likes being treated like an ignorant child. read more

Although there was a sign posted that said all orders would be processed the following day, they agreed to do my printing on the spot, so long as I put the binders together myself. Our business prints a lot of large scale architectural drawings and recently switched over to ABC Imaging from our former printer due to their location (across the street from us) and pricing (about a third the price of what we were paying at the other printer!). We had originally looked into them printing some large photographs for our entrance, but the samples didn't look great. However, a colleague recommended them for their arch drawings, and they've done great work with those so I'm glad we got to use them after all. Today, we needed a 56 page set of drawings printed at full scale ASAP. It would have taken at least an hour elsewhere, but they had it done for us, wrapped up and ready in 25 minutes! For arch drawings, their speed, quality, and price can't be beat! read more

Best quality signs in town. Extremely prompt, professional, and high quality. They develop, make, and deliver specific to a clients needs. Their keen eye for attention to detail is amazing. Every shade, hue and color for signage is possible with these guys. You can tell they are putting their name on their work. I've been into this ABC Imaging location 4 times in the last few weeks for various print jobs. My first experience was great. A young woman helped me, and I was very happy with the quality and price of the order. The last 3 times I've gone in I've been helped by a complete jerk. He is unwelcoming, rude and abrasive. He acts like it is a pain to answer simple questions about additional services I might like to purchase. I've caught him rolling his eyes at me several times and he delivers the most disingenuous "have a nice day" I've ever experienced. Wish he didn't work there. The location is so convenient to where I live, but it's time to find a new printer. read more
