Before I used this service, I asked the manager if I needed to be there when they towed it. He said no. They promptly brought my car to my apartment complex while I was out running errands. I had a very hard time understanding the man on the other line but I kept saying " it would be fine to leave the car outside the front gate" We have parking spots outside our front gate so that's no big deal. I arrived home to see that our car was not parked where I had asked. They dropped my car off in front of a trash compactor! At the back gate where there is NO PARKING spots. I called them immediately thinking that they would see how ridiculous it was to put a car in a "NO PARKING" area.....The average person would be able to see that was a mistake. Nope. Not only did the manager keep telling me it was where I told them to park it, (I 100% did not) she continued to tell me that I would have to pay for them to come out and move it. I am beyond flabbergasted that someone in a manger position would be fine with the lousy job that was done and refuse to take responsibility for their actions. This unprofessionalism shows me how unimportant their job is to them and it shows their lack of work ethic and character. I now have to move the car myself, because they do not want to fix THEIR mistake. I 100% would never recommend them to anyone.
