I use a CPAP Machine and had purchased it through this place. That was years ago and I continue to…read moreuse it but now I needed a new mask that I thought I could just go in and get one, especially since I had a purchase order for it paid for by my doctor/healthcare system. I had to wait several minutes and finally I was told that they needed to go through Medicare first and that they would have to check and see if I had purchased the machine and the mask through them previously. (Which they confirmed minutes later). They said they would put it through as fast as they can and it has been over two weeks and I have heard nothing from them. In the meantime, I just ordered it through Amazon at a MUCH cheaper price and and now I am getting reimbursed through my healthcare provider. I will try to avoid buying anything from them in the future.

Terrible customer service! Held my account hostage for new new cpap supplies until she got Dr's…read morenotes when all she had to do was fax them for cpap readings! Then, sent me a mask that broke after two nights and refused to exchange it when a year warranty comes with them from the manufacturer! Many phone calls without prevail as these people DO NOT return calls, nor do they answer them! I will drive to the UP for supplies before going back here!
