Poorly packed multiple items resulting in torn upholstery, broken lamp, mugs, etc. They stacked heavy furniture on top of boxes which resulted in some getting crushed. I hired a different company to unpack, and they commented on how unprofessional and bad the job was. I moved in October 2025, and I have still not been able to get a refund despite buying their insurance. What a scam. I strongly recommend you find anyone else to help you move. I tried reporting them to the BBB. They reply saying they're working with the customer, and it's been a month since I've heard anything from them. They are not interested in making things right.

When we refused to pay more than what was agreed to, he left and took our furniture. Had to get a second moving company to go to his facility and recover the furniture at the originally agreed price. Essentially we paid full price for half a move. During the move he was lazy, forcing the original owner I was buying from to move to couches onto the truck on his own. He was rude, aggressive and attempted to intimidate us, yelling cursing and screaming in the families home including around their children. I would stay away from this company at all costs.

They got back to me quickly, answered any questions that I had, fit me into the schedule quickly, and arrived early to complete the job. They were also sure to keep the rest of the house clean as they worked. I also appreciated that they clean everything as strongly and as best as they can. Most other companies I spoke with offered basic and "better" packages and of course charged extra. I ALSO appreciated that the closets were included in a room rate because, again, some places charge extra for a closet.
