I call the phone number listed and the owner basically says "yeah well this happens, whaddya want me to do about it" 3:45 - the team called and said they were "right around the corner" 4:15 - they finally call and say they are at the gate to the apartment. Many wooden furniture pieces were not wrapped at all even though I had blankets provided for them and are now scratched. I had a new leather couch that was not wrapped with anything at all and had all kinds of things stacked on top of it. I brought 2 sectional couches and they did not shrink-wrap or cover them with blankets at all. Many items broke completely in transit due to the way it was loaded on the truck. I wish I could have supervised the loading but I was behind on some of my packing. I had a box where I gave specific directions not to pack anything on top of it, and it was labeled as such as well, but it was at the bottom of a large stack of boxes. There are many expensive items I will now need to replace. Do not hire them if you can't watch them load anything.

They kept telling each other things like "we're only here for 2 hours, then we're gone" with me standing right there. After they were "done" loading the truck after 3 1/2 hours, the back half of the truck was poorly packed, not even to half the height of the truck, so we had to rent an additional U-Haul to move the rest of our stuff, which is a first. They put boxes clearly marked as heavy on top of fragile boxes, and some of our belongings were destroyed. I tried to make this right ever since the move, but they have been useless. They got back to me quickly, answered any questions that I had, fit me into the schedule quickly, and arrived early to complete the job.
