I went in on a Tuesday afternoon to do self-service laundry. It was a good experience. I had three…read moreloads in the smallest-size washer (double) and dried them all for about $15. A man came by to pick up his fluff and fold and paid $31 for the two bags of laundry in the photo. The employee on duty was helpful and all the machines I used worked great. The dryer set on hot made my load so hot I had to hang one of the T-shirts on a rack to cool it down before folding it.

She was very thorough when we signed our paperwork and explained all aspects of the unit to us in detail. Not only was she funny and friendly but she even offered my children a cool office to rest in when we moved our stuff in on a hot summer day. The unit was clean and really secure. Several unit areas at this location are inside old strip mall buildings which give an added layer of security. All in all, our experience with Xxtra Storage was phenomenal. I used this company in January and they did not live up to the reputation. As soon as the movers…read moreshowed up, they started complaining about how much they had to move. They kept telling each other things like "we're only here for 2 hours, then we're gone" with me standing right there. After they were "done" loading the truck after 3 1/2 hours, the back half of the truck was poorly packed, not even to half the height of the truck, so we had to rent an additional U-Haul to move the rest of our stuff, which is a first. They put boxes clearly marked as heavy on top of fragile boxes, and some of our belongings were destroyed. I tried to make this right ever since the move, but they have been useless. Now the owner, Ricky, has completely ghosted me and is avoiding my calls. Pitiful experience.
