Did not want auto ship because I wanted to see if this product worked for me prior to arranging any future shipments. Was told auto ship was part of their promotional deal but that a customer could cancel auto ship later. To "entice" they emphasize that if you agree to auto ship you get a big savings. The day I placed that order I received an order confirmation that contained info that completely contradicted what I was told. I decided to cancel the order altogether. I called and cancelled. The second rep tried hard to talk me into continuing even though I was adamant about the cancellation. In the "real world" that rep would have simply honored my order cancellation request and refunded the payment back to me. On 1/9/26, the next morning, I got an email saying the order was shipped! Called a third time and asked them to use USPS tracking to intercept the shipment so that it would not get to me. They seemed to not understand the concept and said if I wanted a refund I would have to return it. This company is definitely predatory and if there is a worse company out there I don't want to know!
