Referring to me as "dude" in a very sarcastic/immature tone, calling his staff endless names and threating their jobs during set up AND break down (things that were so rude and vulgar that I won't repeat), to making comments about how WE set up the tent and lights for OUR wedding. Not our fault you brought us the oldest, crappiest Christmas lights around and wooden chairs that were ALL busted, tables that barely stood on their own. We would use this company again merely for the price, but not as long as George is running the show. Spend a little extra, support a local business with an owner that cares about his employees and customers!

It really made the evening perfect because without that tent it would have been too cold and I would have been left without a dance floor. Also he had heaters and everything so we still got to enjoy New England in the fall. In addition to my wedding we also used New England tent for our wedding shower in my backyard and they made it so easy...everything was setup, I only had to put down table clothes and center pieces. Someone didn't see them and walked into one of them and injured themselves badly. I would definitely not recommend using them based on their LOW standards of safety. We understand their insurance agent was totally uncooperative and would not disclose the name of their insurance carrier to the injured and told them to sue the bride and groom. Just horrific!

This year, I only reserved a snow cone machine. He said to text me the details and he'd call me later to get my credit card number. I did this, but he didn't call, so I called him and left a message. Then I texted him. Finally, the day before the party he finally answered the phone and tells me he has already rented the snow cone machine because I hadn't left a deposit. This is nuts, because I couldn't get a hold of him to give him the number! Even so, I was confident that since I had reserved it he could just get the number when I finally reached him. Nope. He rented it to someone else, maybe because they had a bigger order, I don't know. But he was leaving my son without his snow cone machine for his birthday party at the last minute. I imagined my son crying about it and it may me cry. I told him this was really unfair and I was taking him off my list. Do you know what he said? "I'm fine with that!" What? Really? Losing great regular customers is FINE with you? For the record, I am not one of those wacky customers that a business looks to get rid of. I am a pretty mild-mannered person that gets along with anyone. I hung up on him. I find that cell phones don't hang up on people very satisfyingly. It was suggested to me that I leave feedback here to help me feel better. So I did. I hope you consider someone else for your party rental needs. This guy is apparently unreliable. For those interested in how my saga turned out: Someone suggested I call Quality Rental in North Providence where I luckily found that they had one snow cone machine left and I went out after it. So my son never knew the difference.

They all arrived a few days before, they even delivered around back while I finished up party prep. We did get the cheapest chairs and tables, but with table clothes they were fine. They weren't pretty but they were functional. They also picked them up on Monday like Ninjas. We kept changing out order and still they kept track and everything was accounted for. I would definitely use them again, as long as I have table clothes. Also I shopped around and they were the cheapest by a decent amount.

The gentleman I dealt with was very nice and extremely helpful. But, the front office looks like a dirty thrift shop. It is not very clean, and kind of put us off. We were able to look at the chairs, and they were very banged up. The agent said they repaint them every April, but they look worn by July. He quoted me $700+ for our list. After that we called Taylor, and they quoted the same list of items for $300 less! Their office was cleaner and much less disarrayed. Their chairs looked much nicer. The major difference was the cost of a 20 x 20 tent. Liberty's was one with just an internal frame, while Taylor's was the kind that uses stakes plus internal metal supports. We were never offered that option at Liberty. So, we went with Taylor. They delivered today, as scheduled, for a party on Saturday. Everything looks great.
