The set up was quick and efficiently done and everyone on the set up crew was clean and courteous making sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. They also were very nice to my children who were in the yard playing while they set up. While talking during the setup I could tell that they take pride in keeping their customers satisfied. Also I mentioned that I wished I had rented a bouncy house for the kids they said they have a superheroes bouncy house that they could go back to shop and get. My son loves batman and it was perfect for the kids at the party. Once the party was over the next day they showed up exactly when they said they would. From the minute I called him, when I was so recently bereaved, he was as helpful and caring as family. He guessed our request was for sitting shiva and offered chairs and table and tablecloth, and by the very next morning he had set up a 20x20 tent in my father's backyard, and even returned with a gift for him.
