This event was the first of its kind and I had never worked in Rhode Island before. It is also the first event at the hotels we used as they typically do not do events. I found Pranzi in my search, and they seemed like the right fit and they certainly were! Melissa and Jarrod were with us each day for breakfast and lunch and as soon as I met them, I knew they had everything in control and in place. Melissa was thoughtful, gave us help determining the best for set up and kept me informed as needed throughout the day. Jarrod was a very nice, helpful man and always willing to help and very kind. Our evening events with Erica as the lead and with Erica and Jen on night 2 along with their team - Jonathan, Emily, Jennesey, Michaela, Joe, Jeremy, Joscan and Brent. Wow ! They made us shine. What an amazing group of wonderful people who are amazing at their jobs. I had many conversations with all of them, and the conversations ALWAYS came back to how much they love their job, they love the company and said that the owner takes such good care of them. I kept telling them I was going to move to RI so I can work with all of them again and host more events ! I could go on and on. This year, I only reserved a snow cone machine. He said to text me the details and he'd call me later to get my credit card number. I did this, but he didn't call, so I called him and left a message. Then I texted him. Finally, the day before the party he finally answered the phone and tells me he has already rented the snow cone machine because I hadn't left a deposit. This is nuts, because I couldn't get a hold of him to give him the number! Even so, I was confident that since I had reserved it he could just get the number when I finally reached him. Nope. He rented it to someone else, maybe because they had a bigger order, I don't know. But he was leaving my son without his snow cone machine for his birthday party at the last minute. I imagined my son crying about it and it may me cry. I told him this was really unfair and I was taking him off my list. Do you know what he said? "I'm fine with that!" What? Really? Losing great regular customers is FINE with you? For the record, I am not one of those wacky customers that a business looks to get rid of. I am a pretty mild-mannered person that gets along with anyone. I hung up on him. I find that cell phones don't hang up on people very satisfyingly. It was suggested to me that I leave feedback here to help me feel better. So I did. I hope you consider someone else for your party rental needs. This guy is apparently unreliable. For those interested in how my saga turned out: Someone suggested I call Quality Rental in North Providence where I luckily found that they had one snow cone machine left and I went out after it. So my son never knew the difference.

The entire process was easy from from booking the inflatables, to delivering them and setting them up, and then coming back to clean them and pack them away. It is clear that Kevin and his young helpers give more than 100% to their work, and they do it with genuine smiles. I rented the 22 ft water slide, the wrecking ball interactive inflatable, 3 tables, and 18 chairs for my son's high school graduation party. Kevin threw in an extra cornhole game for us at no charge. Everything was exceptionally clean and in perfect condition. The waterslide and wrecking ball interactive inflatable were huge hits! We had little kids, teenagers, and adults using both of these inflatables (observing the weight limit and occupant capacity of course). It's been a couple of days since the party, and I have had several friends reach out to say how much fun they had. Coordinating a backyard party with over 100 people in attendance was a daunting task. Having these inflatables kept everyone busy and happy!!! Adam brought the ball of positivity and kept it rolling ALL. DAY. LONG. He showed up with matching…read morecolors to our wedding with a big smile on his face and a can-do attitude! My bridesmaids and I were all running late due to a mishap with our makeup artists, but no problem- Adam still made the most of it and took as many cute & fun "getting ready" photos of us before the ceremony! Then after the ceremony he made sure to go down a whole list that he had collaborated on with us and took pictures of every single family member and bridal combinations he could. He had us laughing and smiling the whole time! And he even helped my dad by being SO incredibly gracious and letting him take a few snaps of all of us with his special camera, too! My dad was so happy and impressed with Adam, and it warmed my heart to see how well he jived with us and the whole family. He worked amazingly well and so efficiently for all of the time limitations we had as we had a strict timeline. During the reception he made sure to come around and snap pics of all of us having a good time, dancing, including selfies for fun! Adam is super professional and so caring and understanding- he even took down a photo that I felt a little self conscious of my body with AS SOON as I asked him to, for our sneak-peeks. Adam is easy to work with, really upbeat, excited about his work, easy to contact, fast, creative and fun! He captured everything I requested and then some. All of the ladies in the wedding party loved him and felt totally comfortable. Adam helps provide guidance you when you need it, handled my 452 questions I emailed to him like the pro that he is and he asks for input along the way to make sure he is providing the services you had in mind for your day. My favorite thing about his photography is that he really makes the colors pop. Our wedding was a St. Patty's themed event and the colors were green, white and gold. When flipping through the pix from our day you can really appreciate the color scheme which was so important to us.
