From there on, I would hear NOTHING from him unless I initiated contact. Then the excuses started.. I dealt with this man for three and a half months, with him ghosting me the entire time. At no time did he ever fulfill a promise, or meet a deadline. The last straw was him AGAIN failing to provide information on the repair. That was Feb. 25, and, you guessed it, CRICKETS! I have to wonder what part of "Do It Right" applies to his business.

They have surprised us with their initiative--taking on extra cleaning tasks we did not expect them to do from our previous experience with house cleaners. When we bought our house less than a year ago, the induction range had some burned-on residue we couldn't manage to remove ourselves. This business also removed virtually all of that without us asking them to do it. The owner is a professional in the commercial cleaning industry, with skills and certification to do many kinds of cleaning and disinfecting. He stated that he would send the quote by email that evening. We did not receive the email, so we texted him stating that we did not get the quote. He stated that he ran out of time but would send the quote on August 6. As of today, October 8, we have not received a quote or a return call, email, or text message from anyone in the company. I was very disappointed that they did to have the courtesy send us a quote or even follow-up with a phone call or text. Hopefully, in the future they will give their customers better service than we received.
