His workers broke one of my solar censor light, and they did not install the gutter guard correctly on the patio that it leaks when it rains. I sent all these pictures to him on April 18. He said he'll come by to fix it. It is July 22, it is not fixed. I started calling him last month, to see when he'll come and fix, plus the guard that they installed did not secure properly and leaves coming down the gutter, clogging on this sprout. Victor said he will come by last Friday, which he did not show up. And I've been calling him almost every day to this week, I've been texting him, leaving him voicemail, and also sending him email. I'm very disappointed in how Victor is handling this situation. I know he's reading my text messages. I hope he comes and fix this issue otherwise I would have to proceed with Legal complaint. I only found out about this after complaining about their crew destroying my neighbors landscaping and some of my bushes were cut in half by falling shingles and one of my patio chairs was tossed into my flowerbed next to my back fence and damaged. it belonged to my deceased mother and I had spent a great deal of money having it refurbished. The owner called to say he was going to repair my neighbors landscaping and pay for the repair on my chair. That is when he told me that they contacted my insurance about the decking being replaced. They never contacted me about that until it was done. I had my chair powder coated and replaced the fabric. Now it has to be re-powder coated and the fabric replaced again. I doubt he's going to do anything about that. They brought my neighbor 6 pieces of sod and just laid it on his walkway area. Real professional. I'm so embarrassed that this happened to him so I'm doubting anything will happen for my chair. This company need to have their licence taken away if they even have a licence. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for what ever good that does. Horrible experience!! Stay away!
