I asked why they didn't fix it or at least tell me about the "water damage at the time they replaced the roof" and their response to me was "your insurance wouldn't have covered it." (That's because there was no damage when they replaced the roof) It would have been nice to know about it if it was in fact "already there". FYI my home inspector said the roof was structurally sound before the roof was replaced in February. Terrible customer service is all I can say and an expensive mistake on my part.
