I had old gutters removed and new ones installed. They were installed incorrectly and pitch heavily upward so that any spill over will leak directly into my home. I will now have to have gutters removed and issue corrected by another company for twice the original cost. I was advised that Scott-Lee Guttering Company does not do any carpentry work, which is in no way advertised on their website or communicated during the job. I recommend avoiding and finding a company that is upfront with their customers with what must be done to correctly perform their service instead of acting like there is no issue and doing a job incorrectly to simply get it done. I've learned the hard way, don't repeat my mistake.

Even when Jeff was unavailable, his boss came out and met our insurance adjusters. He was super professional with the insurance adjuster and made the entire insurance claim process a BREEZE! Roof has been on for almost 2 months now and no complaints. Gutters have been installed for about a month, again no complaints.
