From start to finish these guys are as professional as they come. This was my first time having to replace my roof, and my contract manager Rex came out three separate times despite AllState hiring an adjuster who no-showed twice. Not once did Rex get upset with me for his time being wasted. Rex checked out my roof for damage to help me fight my insurance company to make sure I didn't come out of pocket. Once the AllState adjuster deemed I had to replace my roof, I was quoted a 2-3 week timeline to allow for shipping materials and availability for the Gallagher Bros. roofing crew to open up. They actually replaced my roof the next week so I didn't even have to wait the full three weeks. The warranty process on my roof was easy and Rex laid everything out for me, was flexible with my work schedule the whole time. I highly recommend Gallagher Brothers Construction Company. Doing a recent storm our roof was damaged. Gallagher came out inspected our roof and notified us of the damage. They gave us plenty of options to consider for a roof repair. Rex walked us through every step of the way and, made me and my wife feel very comfortable with no pressure to upgrade any services. When they came to put on our new roof they covered the flowers and bushes to protect them. When they where done with the cleaned up ran magnets to get any loose nails and materials. All were pleasant to deal with, but Gallagher Bros stood out as being the most enthusiastic about doing the job. Rex always arrived on time and was very professional. Rex Anderson was fantastic to work with and provided answers to all our questions and walked us through the whole project without a hitch. Did a tear off and some replacement of much needed plywood and replaced skylights and a great looking new roof. They worked with our insurance company and were able to get us exactly what we needed unlike the roofing company we fired and replaced with Gallagher Bros. Our neighbor used Gallagher Bros. Construction last year for a full roof replacement. I noticed their speed, quality, and cleanliness at that time. Well low and behold late last year, we received a report that our roof would need replaced after a wind storm. Gallagher Bros. Constructions recently replaced my roof due to an insurance claim. Willie made the process painless. He negotiated with my insurance company and explained all the various steps in the process. My only issue was negotiating the early summer weather that delayed my project. I was contacted the night before the crew showed up and they showed up on time. When they finished for the day, they used a leaf blower to clean up debris. They also used a magnet to sweep for an errant nails during the removal process. My wife was surprised that they remember to protect her prized plants. read more

Great experience. Brett explained everything very thoroughly and answered all my questions before any work started. The Gallagher Bros team had to come back out a couple times to get the pictures and details they needed for my insurance to approve (insurance did not initially approve). After all was said and done, we were approved for a whole new roof. Timely, professional work. There was one minor problem area, but they quickly fixed it. I was absolutely blown away by Gallagher Bros. For how often you hear about contractors ripping you off or just plain lazy workers, this definitely was not the case. I don't know that much about construction, so they could have told me any number and I would have paid it. However, they walked me through exactly what repairs needed to be done and what the cost each individual step would be. The workers were prompt every day. We had our roof replaced. Rex came out and showed us all our options. The first shingles where incorrect, but no problem they pick them up and brought the correct ones. As these were delivered early the was plenty of time and no rush. The crew was quick and efficient. Cleanup after words was very good. Gallagher bros replaced all the siding on our ranch house. They took off the two layers of old siding, wrapped the house and put new siding.
