They say they can't find my account, but when I log onto the site it says I have an active subscription. It's not clear how often I'm still being billed - digging through my credit card records I haven't seen anything recent, but the ambiguity is stressful and cancelling should not be this difficult. In reviewing my parents' finances, I became aware that the Baltimore Sun has been criminally over-charging them for paper subscription services, likely for many years. Since November 2024, the Sun has been charging my parents $250 per month for subscription services, an increase from the already outrageous price of $170 per month for the prior year(s)!! Thats $9 per day!!!! Meanwhile, the intro price is $6.99 per week. This type of behavior, especially against elderly people managing chronic health conditions, is predatory, criminal and shameful. They subscribed for 60 + years. I am all for local print media these days, but if this is your business model, you don't deserve to be in business. Shame shame shame on you Sun Paper. Shame.
