It was going to be a good 45 minute wait until someone could rescue me. So I decided to go to the closest place...Goodwill. Upon entering it was well lit And maybe 3 people in the store. As I headed to the back of the store. I was yelled at. She yelled backpacks at the front of the store Now! It was very rude! If this is how you treat people. I will never donate to you again. I'm ashamed you would treat anyone in this manner. I've owned a Corporation for forty years. Niemi Trucking Inc. Ashamed of you! Do Better! People make the place! An associate/sales person angerly told me that the drop-off is outside then kept repeating "can't you see it!" several times while pointing outside. Then I was told that the place is full and don't need anymore donations. I will never donate or support this ungrateful company who thinks humiliating me in front of customers is o.k. Give to St. Vinnies, animal shelters, at least they don't pay their CEO millions of dollars!

There are like 50% of unique type antiques, but this has such great stuff, and it is not a tourist trap of stuff. It has some local artist pictures and other artist stuff. After all, they are working to benefit animals! I ended up spending almost 2 hours in the store and bought a ton of stuff. I bought books and housewares and jewelry and clothes. I found a designer dress in my size for only six dollars. I did try it on (they have a fitting room). Everyone working there was super nice and helpful. This is an all volunteer shop opened in the summer 7 days a week - 6 days in the winter. Really fair prices! All of the proceeds goes to the care of the animals at the Northwoods Humane Society shelter! FIVE STARS for sure!
