Horrible customer service When you call asking for help or even a question they ignore your question and just talk over you. The person I specifically spoke with her name was Amanda she was rude and disrespectful. This company was assigned as a provider for a requested tow for me by State Farm. I was told it would be up to 2 hours. After 2 hours they said they were 45 minutes away. After another 1.5 hours, they said they ran into traffic but were now 10 minutes away. After another hour, they stopped answering their phone so neither I nor State Farm could reach them. By now it is after 2 a.m. When I called them this morning, they wouldn't offer any sort of reasoning of why they just changed their mind and left someone stranded in the middle of the night. They just said I needed to contact State Farm about who the current provider is. Avoid this company if at all possible. read more

I requested towing from Pep Boys, and they sent ABC Towing and recovery, a private organization only recommended by Pep Boys. They did an excellent job of dispatching Will out to tow us to the shop. He showed up to do the job within several minutes, and did it in such a flawless manner. My hat is off to Will, he did such a wonderful job also. I had an occasion later to use a wrecker and I called ABC to do that for me, and once again, Will did an excellent and timely job. Their fees seem to be better than the competition also. read more

Requested my roadside assistant through Chevy app. They told me they'll be there within 20 minutes After they were late by 30 minutes, I called and asked them they told me they will be there with in 30 minutes and 3 hours later called back to ask were they were they told me by the way we cancelled your service Wow what a , great customer service. So I did not choose them personally, I requested a tow through my insurance company and this is who was sent to me. I had to have my car towed twice within a week and the same guy, Jake came to help me. He was extremely professional and safe! He took care of my car both times! His service response was also quick both times! Now when I called the company phone number the receptionist was not friendly or enthusiastic at all until I asked how do I put in a good review, but once I said that she was friendly and more professional! Our insurance company set up a tow with this company. If I knew what I know now, I would have asked for another company or paid out of pocket and set it up myself. We've had to call our insurance company multiple times to find our car and they have been told multiple different excuses as to why it was not sent where it needed to go. read more

Our insurance company arranged for ABC Towing & Roadside to tow my daughter's car from her work back to our house so we could have a friend install a new battery, as it was completely dead. The text message I received from ABC was an estimate of 30-60 minutes and we were given a link to check on status of the tow. After over an hour of waiting in the heat, I clicked the status link, but nothing would ever load. So I called the number provided. The girl who answered the phone did not answer with the company name or anything. She just rudely picked up and said in snarky fashion "Can I help you?" Taken aback, I told her I just needed to check the status of a tow. She said "please hold." After about five minutes, she came back on and rudely said again, "Can I help you?" I told her again that I needed to check the status of a tow. She rudely asked for the city and state and for the type of vehicle. She told me the driver was still finishing a call and it would be another 40 minutes. Okay fine. But my friend was texting me that he could just meet me where the car was. So I told her to just cancel the call. Her response was a short, "Okay I'll cancel the call. Have a nice day." That was it. How on earth can a can a company expect to bring in or retain business when their "front-line" person is this awful, making people feel like an inconvenience to her day from the second they call in? Where is the common sense in hiring? After hanging up with her, I got a call about 15 minutes later from the tow truck driver. He apologized and said he was about 5 minutes away (I think he said there was an accident he had to get around or something like that). I told him that I had already canceled the call about 15-20 minutes prior. He seemed shocked. So this rude girl apparently didn't do what she said she was going to do. I felt bad for the driver, as he was very nice, but I'm sure a little annoyed that he was rushing to get there for nothing. He told me he would call in to verify the request was canceled. I was still getting texts from my insurance company asking if the driver had arrived yet. They finally sent a text not long after I talked to the tow driver, asking if I had canceled the call. This girl does not need to be in a customer-facing position, even if just by phone. She is losing business for ABC Towing left and right. Boooo. read more

My insurance company sent a tow request to this company and after 2 hours of waiting I have now been sent to a different tow company. Avoid this place unless you want to waste hours waiting on a tow truck that may or may not show up. read more

My vehicle was stuck during a recent downpour of rain. I called my insurance company and they dispatched ABC Roadside Assistance to get me out. I was very pleased with the professionalism and time it took to get me out of my mess. I love that they are local and was given a business card to call them for service if I should need it in the future. I sure hope I don't but if I do, they will be the ones I call.
