Fuckin good he was carful with my car and it was fast plus they're a lot cheaper then everyone else

I had a car impounded and could prove the owner had given me Permission to pick up the vehicle yet they needed a release from the local police so I got one and it was the wrong form given to me they wouldn't except it . When I told them to call the precinct I got it from they called a different city police like I was being aggravated or rude to them and I wasn't. Then next day or so I brought in the right form and they only wanted cash though they have credit symbols on the door. I paid them and just took it as a lesson learned read more

The worst don't expect them to show up. Simple I made an appointment a few days ago, confirmed, day, time, price and the day of the appointment no one showed up. I called the office and some rude scumbag said to me that someone called that morning, and no one picked up, so he sent the driver to another job, as if the job depended on that morning call. He said he was very busy and go find another towing company, just like that. Stay away from this people. read more

This is the absolute hands-down WORST experience I've ever had with a towing service. It's around 5:00 a.m. and my husband -- who's in poor health -- is stranded at a car wash. He called Henson's about 4 hours ago. The last call (around 2 hours ago) they said that they'd be there "directly". That was a flat-out lie (obviously). My advice is NOT to ever call Henson's -- they won't come. read more

They are quick in the Austell area. Not the friendliest (both the driver and office) but they get the job done. Would use them again.

Auto broke down. Called and was told 15-30 minutes. Needed a tow 2 miles to literally a subdivision behing their shop. An hour later I called back and was told the driver would be there in a few minutes. Made sure they had my callback number and waited. 4 hours later and still no one showed up. Not happy. Called West Cobb Towing and they were there within 1/2 hour. Wouldn't use these guys ever again, as I have used them before. Lost a customer. read more

The Henson's truck reached me within 15 minutes of my call, just like the dispatcher estimated. Once the truck arrived, the driver quickly realized that this "pick up" was going to be challenging. I had lost a lower ball joint on the passenger side of my full-size sedan while turning into my neighborhood. Consequently, the car was lying all the way on the ground on the passenger side. Eddie, the driver, went to work. He was able to pull the car onto the flat bed with his wench and with some maneuvering, get it on the truck for the 100 yard trip to my house just down the street. Eddie was very professional and very friendly. When we got the car off the truck; again no easy task, Eddie wrote me up a ticket, which I was able to pay in cash. I tried to give Eddie a tip, but to my surprise, he wouldn't take it! I don't want to discourage people from tipping their driver for a job well done, but Eddie explained that my case wasn't all that unusual with an all-in-a-night's-work sort of attitude. I don't want to state what they charged me because different cars or situations may cost different amounts, but I can say that Henson's charged me $34 LESS than the quote from another service that was based only 2 miles away from me! The entire experience left me feeling like Henson's had helped me, rather than sticking it to me because I was stuck on the side of the road. While I hope I don't require a tow truck ever again, I know that if I do, I should call Henson's wrecker service. Thanks Eddie!! read more
