Based on previous reviews, I was hesitant to come here but was referred here by our appliance repairman, who told us that Lowe's and ABC have the best extended warranties. He said to definitely get one because fridges made during and after covid are all sadly garbage and only projected to last 2-5 years, no matter the brand. We discovered this for ourselves when our not even 4 year old Whirlpool's compressor broke. And Whirlpool is a top rated brand. Lowe's didn't have anything that we liked so we thought we would try here. JD was the perfect blend of "here to help" and "I'll let you guys be." When we finally did require further assistance, he probably spent an hour with us, answering questions, looking things up, checking stock...all the things. Since we were struggling to find what we wanted here too, it was our plan to go back to Lowe's, look again and find an employee to assist us, but decided to stick with ABC and that was because of JD. He was polite, knowledgeable, non-pressuring and very helpful. He alleviated our fears of going with an LG fridge by explaining their new compressors, and why they are better now than regular compressors. so we will see LG! We will see! We took the fridge home ourselves so I can't speak to delivery or stock availability for deliveries. I also can't speak to how well they honor the extended warranty. If/when that day comes, and if they don't hold up their end of the bargain (or if they do!), I will update my review. As for now, the extended warranty was only $320 and that's a small price to pay to cover any repairs for five years, but we will see ABC! We will see! Thanks for all your help JD! read more

Ask for Jordan! He's been amazing!! I'm really surprised to see such negative comments about this place. I'm a new investor to the area and I've been working with Jordan at ABC Warehouse since June of this year and he has been really helpful and offered great customer service experiences! They are so desperate to beat the company down the street its too easy to get a decent price. They will comp whatever they need to make the sale, dead serious. Thats where it ends. I recommend NOBODY EVER shop here. We bought a new bed with base, and then when the receipt and contract came in the mail, I noticed they sent us a different, more expensive base, and charged us much more without even telling us. The contract also said we were suppose to receive a free TV, but no one mentioned anything about a TV supposed to come with our purchase. When I talked to my sales lady, Gina, she was going to send me the t.v., but Jen, the regional manager would not approve it. I called Jen myself, and she was extremely rude and unprofessional and said we could have the TV at their cost..but the contract said it should be FREE. I tried to reason with Jen and she was very rude, said basically sorry about your lack, I have another call and hung up. We are looking to buy a new refrigerator as well but I will not even CONSIDER shopping ABC warehouse ever again. read more

I was satisfied with my salesman, but the delivery guys were something to be desired. Brand new refrigerator was basically shoved through my door after asking them to help put it into place, which they said they couldn't do, all the doors were dented and scratched up. They did come replace every single door. later though they had to come replace a seal on my freezer because it would frost up the entire freezer. so they did do all the repairs that the delivery men had done to my refrigerator. my question is what would someone who is 80 yrs old do? they cant move an appliance so what leave it in the doorway? read more

DO NOT buy from them!! Wish we would of listened to the reviews!!!! We ordered a washer and dryer a month ago now!!! Was supposed to be here the first Friday! Then they call and say sorry they aren't in stock? Then the following Friday same thing! The third time they were supposed to call us and never did then all of a supper ten mins before delivery...we weren't home so they said ok we will drop off last! Never called never came!! Then said next Friday!! Now it's the following Friday and they call when hence they are supposed to be dropping them off this morning that our washer is "missing" they cannot find it!! Wtf!!!! If you go there, don't ever do business with the store manager. We went there because they were the only local place to get the TV we wanted. He works out a price, which was a pretty good deal. Then he starts his spiel about the extra warranty. When we tell him we aren't interested in the extra warranty, he then says that he CAN'T (won't) give us the TV for the price he originally wrote down. We bought a living room set around the first of August first first delivery was about a week later loveseat(wrong color) no couch second delivery was another week and a half delivered couch and everything else but no loveseat still waiting. I called them they say they have no idea when it's going to come in but they think maybe around the first week of September. I'm not a happy customer at this time. The worst customer service ever not just from the store staff but from the regional staff they told me that.a 1400 dollar Tv that I kept in the box until my surround sound arrived couldn't be returned or exchanged and there was no way the could help me I had to go through lg to try to get a repair and they stated that abc probably knew it was damaged in the beginning.now I'm out 1400 and they don't care I will never shop there again and urge everyone to save your money and go elsewhere. Abc is batting 1,000 for me! On 2/17/21 I went in there to look for a refrigerator. I walk in and head to the appliances, they weren't busy, I see one person waiting on a couple but seen some "workers" congregated behind a counter. Well, I looked at the refrigerators and seen one I was interested in, look around, no one came to my assistance. As I began to exit, seen one "worker" on a computer, another standing in front of the tv's and yup, those " workers" still behind that counter! I have ALWAYS hated abc, bad atmosphere, but, I needed a refrigerator, I was almost desperate! I just need the info to order and hopefully purchase one there. Went to Best Buy, took about 3 minutes to get assistance, great salesman/associate AND I purchased a refrigerator there. So abc, forever fuck off , you ungrateful ass clowns! We were looking for a corner wall mount for our 46" TV. Went to Best Buy and they didn't have a corner wall mount. They did have one that would work, but it was a whopping $169!!!
