In the end we were almost an hour past closing time and sure enough he was there waiting. He had no problem letting a couple of our kids come in to use the restroom. My husband tried to tip him but he declined, and asked we write a review if we were pleased. It's been a few months (about 5 now) and the kids still like their mattresses. No issues at all with them. I will definitely plan to return when we need another bed! So the warehouse might look a little run down and crammed, and the restroom even worse, but the customer service and product has been excellent!
