I have moved on to the best. Certainly I will prevail. Poor customer relations with that kind of treatment. They had no answer as to why I hadn't been called back. You can't not call people back. I informed them as to why i don't want their help. I've moved on. People are quick to get a sour taste from that kind of response from a supposedly top business. They have zero call back policies apparently . Don't hesitate to go elsewhere for quality business. If they had cared about getting me an estimate they week, I would've said yes to their service availability. MF's I moved on. They called back after reading this review. I still have moved on.

We have done business with Marygrove awnings since the bought out Wilcox Awnings. Several projects…read moreand until this last experience have been very happy. During a recent storm our awning was damaged . We called Marygrove and they sent a service team to repair. Since the awning was several years old there had to be some retro fitting to repair. All went reasonably well. They had to take the awning back to the shop to repair and gave us a couple options . When we decided on the repair that was right for us we were quoted-verbally- around $550. After the project was done the charges us $920. I know there was that much work involved in the project so decided that was a fair price. The service people came back out and installed the awning. They did a c very professional job and overall satisfied. However when we put the awning out later in the week we discovered the awning was shorter than what was there before. It was only 10ft wide when previously it had been 11.5 ft. When we contacted the service department they advised that had replaced with the length they had taken off. I asked if they had the old arms and was told they had been thrown away. They did advise us that for $150 they could come back and put longer arms on the awning. I stated they were responsible to put the correct ones on at the time of repair but they were unwilling to budge. We needed the additional foot so we paid. The supervised that we felt was extremely rude and unwilling to try to resolve this issue. We will be filing a claim with the State Attorney General. Installers great -customer service was much less so. They have lost a long term customer for their unwillingness to recognize their error.
