I hired this attorney and he was recommended to me as well. After paying him over over 5500 for Simple Change of venue he kept on delaying and I was loosing my custody as I wanted my case t be fought in Merced county. As he delayed it over 2 months for unknown reasons we end up in Sacramento county because my ex wife's attorney filed papers on time, when we finally got a date for the decision that if my ex wife should be allowed t move kids from Merced county or not, Mr Abdallah quoted me the wrong date for my case. Horrible attorney. Did what he wanted to do. Didn't listen to us. When I called him he quoted me $150/hr and changed the rate to $300. Padded our bill until he took almost all our money. Didn't show up to court and charged us for finding someone else. Charged us for 10 attempts to change our court date with opposing attorney when he could've just moved the date with the court. I wrote a positive review two years ago but, frankly attorney Abdallah didn't give this brother a fair representation. He never challenged the witness statement poorly written by my ex (an attorney). She wrote her own witness statement (not signed) and filed it under the name of the law firm of her attorney. Talking of a low ball...We sure did not catch that mistake. I hired this law firm but never gotten a phone call or a report from them. The court statement submitted by the other party were not sent to me. I never found out what we were up against. Attorney Abdallah missed a court day and never gave me the option of delaying a court appearance. I lost custody of my child. Up on earring the court decision he told me "We won. You get to see your son 3 weeks a year. That's more than you see him now". Better luck to the next guy or lady. I paid $2500 and they say I owe $1500. Still married to the manipulator. read more
