Collins never returned any of my messages. The only reason I am giving them two stars instead of one is because Collins's partner, Matthew Ritchie, promptly called and offered to represent me. Ritchie was pleasant, professional, and informative. Unfortunately, I was not able to engage him because my insurance will only cover work performed by Collins. Contacted this firm as they are a member of Arag. Supposedly they are one of the network attorneys for custody proceedings. Made contact via email and was told my case could be accepted for $6500 retainer. I inquired about the hours I am covered by Arag to be told that it doesn't cover trial. I reached out to Arag (next day) to confirm and was informed my covered hours for all custody issues. I reached back out to the firm (that same day) and they informed me my case couldn't be accepted.
