DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM--A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY! If I could give zero stars, I would. I spent nearly $18,000 with this firm from April to early October, only to receive zero progress, constant runarounds, and increased stress. They mislead you from the start--promising one attorney will handle your case, only to pass you off to a completely inexperienced junior associate who has no idea what they're doing. This firm lacks basic professionalism. Expect constant delays, forgotten documents, and endless errors--grammar mistakes on legal documents, overlooked details, and updates that cost you money but bring you no closer to a resolution. They refuse to meet in person, treat you like just another invoice, and only respond quickly when they're sending you their monthly bill. Their promises? Empty. Their results? Nonexistent. Had them do my will which was rather simple. Contacted them many times to make changes due to their errors. Even when I went there for the final review which should have taken about 20 minutes, took over an hour and a half. Which I might add they billed me for. Again, for errors on their part. They mixed up names (only 3 names) several times which they had to edit 4 times. Each time took about 15 minutes to rewrite. I paid the "Final" bill after we finished, about a month later they tried to bill me additional charges. Notified the Billing Dept., that when I was there for the final review, I was told that was the 'Final" bill. According to the attorney that was doing the will, he said it was pretty simple and that even some of the retainer money would probably be refunded. The final bill was over double the retainer amount. read more

Used Patti Fox for Relocation case my husband objected to. First she was almost 25 minutes late. From the onset she seemed disinterested and dry. Didn't even apologize for being late. I have gone to mediation before, and I remember the attorney sending a questionnaire and having all facts lined up before session. This attorney didn't even have my son's name or important facts of the case. As session progressed, my ex starting to insult me and bring irrelevant hearsay accusations that have been long resolved years ago. Ms. Fox allowed session to get out of context even after I warned I would walk out. The session became like a Jerry Springer circus and she could not take control of all the ridiculous insults my disgruntled ex husband shouted at me. To make matters worse, she implicitly gave him legal advice and even suggested what Judge may do. She was quick to corner me, but was extremely easy on him even though he came with all kinds of preposterous claims that had nothing to do with the case. At the end she had the audacity to suggest to me that instead of coming to a suitable relocation compromise, that it would not be a bad idea if I were the one to leave without my son even though she well knew that was off the table. If you cherish your kids, do not hire this woman. She is very incompetent and biased. read more

I met with Anthony on a weekly basis for 2 months distressed because of my daughter's father harassing me and abusing my pre-k child. I told him my financial hardship and he told me not to worry about the weekly visits. He is very kind and understanding, well composed, and just, even when he talked to my Ex who slammed on the table and screamed at the top of his lungs in a conference with him.
