They first do an inspection and then can give you a quote on treatment. The quote was reasonable so we went ahead, and a 2 man team showed up to do the work. It had been raining on the day scheduled and they had graciously postponed to the following week. They were right on time and took a couple hours to do the work. Since they confirmed the issue was subterranean termites, no tenting was needed, fortunately. So far so good, no new termite indications, and the price includes annual inspections for the next 3 years.
