He looked at machine told me what it needed gave me the price of parts, labor and taxes (which was cheaper than a new washer). Scheduled a time for them to come back and install new parts. They gave me two hour window to show up. They text when he was headed to house. He was here and gone quickly he cleaned up after himself. I had to work so I had my nephew here and technician kept in contact with me thru text to let me know he was here what he did and when he left. I called office to make the payment. Today he replaced the control board for my double oven. They don't even make the part anymore but he was able to find a company that rebuilds them and guarantees their work so I have an oven up and working again for just the cost of the replacement control board and the service call fees instead of $2,800 for a new one which I could not have done.
