I sent my Kitchen Aid mixer to Mr. Mixer in February for repair, the top of the mixer was loose and it wasn't mixing like it used to. I have had my mixer for over 10 years and I love it, they no longer make the sea glass color and my hope is to keep this mixer for many more years. I went on the Mr. Mixer website and reviewed their very clear instructions including a video on how to ship my mixer and what the process is once they receive it. I highly recommend purchasing the shipping package for $99 it comes not only with the shipping and box but enough packing materials to ensure it arrives safely. Once there they sent me a text letting me know not had arrived and they would text me when it's on their bench. Please note that at the time of this review it was taking 12-14 weeks for a mixer to be repaired and returned. However, I know they are increasing their staffing so that time will likely be adjusted. What I loved was they sent me pictures throughout the repair process and not only repaired but cleaned it and inspected it for any other issues. As soon as it was done within 1-2 days they sent it back to me at no additional cost. It arrived clean and packaged perfectly. My mixer is now working great! If you love your kitchen aid and you want a skilled, reputable company repairing it definitely go to Mr. Mixer you won't be disappointed! read more

They sent the re-greasing kit quickly. It contained everything needed for the job, including unexpected items like plastic gloves. Directions are by video on youtube and those are very thorough. These folks are wonderful to work with, and I recommend them highly. read more

the parts came in 1/5/2026 much quicker instead of the UPS estimate of 1/12/2025. The parts were as ordered and were perfect replacements, original factory parts. The mixer has never worked so well, and we suspect that it was always defective prior from when we bought it. Now when we turn it on, it behaves as expected and always starts. Before, we always wondered what we were doing wrong with it. I had a question on the gasket because I repacked the grease, and they got back to me within 24 hours. These are really great people to work with on a mixer. read more

So thankful for this company! I found a 1960s-1970 Hobart KitchenAid 4C at an Antique festival. Got it home and discovered that the resistor and speed panel needed to be replaced. I was about to give up on finding parts when I, luckily, saw Mr.Mixer on Tik-Tok. Took some pictures and gave them the part number of my existing parts and they sent out my replacements the next day. Now my mixer is fixed and ready to roll! read more

Mr. Mixer sells a rubber bushing for $12.00 that he calls an Everdime. It did nothing to fix the bounce in my mixer and might actually have made it worse. I thought it might be time to send my mixer in but when you email him he never answers. When you say something to him about him not answering email on TikTok, he blamed videos going viral and popularity but still doesn't respond to your email. I sure am glad this lesson in complete disregard for customer service only cost me $12. My mixer will not be going to him. read more

Have a 45 year old KitchenAid K5SS mixer that started smoking. Found Mr. Mixer video, followed his step-by-step instructions on how to disassemble, clean, lube and reassemble the mixer, and it's like a brand-new mixer. Incredible!!! I almost feel guilty for not sending my mixer to him for repair, but all it cost me was elbow grease, an entire roll of paper towels, and $6.99 for grease. read more

Betts was recently bought out by Orkin. I scheduled an appointment that was for bait station servicing and inspection for termite activity as a precursor to selling my farm. There was confusion when the inspector arrived for the appointment. I was told that they could not inspect the stations as part of an inspection and they would have to be serviced by someone else. In the course of our conversation the Orkin area manager got on the phone, was rude, not understanding, and got mad. What I did not know was that he cancelled my contract without notice. when I called the number to schedule my service again I was told my account had been cancelled and I was unable to schedule the service. I cannot remember the area manager's name but will find out and post another review. This company's corporate mission statement are just empty words. The district manager is unprofessional, uncooperative, and made a bad situation much worse. I never had an issue with Betts,but this company is managed locally by a really spiteful ass!! Orkin is owned and headquartered in Atlanta,where I live full time. My intention is to schedule a meeting with the CEO to discuss this mismanaged misadventure. Hopefully they will show this clueless cowboy the door. Keep in mind that I had already paid for the service that cannot be scheduled. I would stay clear of Orkin.

I was sold a termite treatment for over $3000. I was told that part of that payment would cover a…read morefinal inspection of the outdoor termite traps. When I was contacted about renewing, I was told that they would not inspect the traps unless I paid for a renewal. I said I wanted to see the trap activity before I renewed as I was told it was covered under the $3000. Then they sent out 2 guys to look at the traps who said I would not be charged for it. They said they needed a signature to show they were on site. As soon as I signed it they told me they had to call their supervisor about the charges for this service call. I feel Orkin lied every step of the way. I kicked them off my property and told them never come back. Then I was threatened by a manager in Wichita if I didn't let them come get their traps. They are not honest in their business practices. I will never use Orkin again.

Mr. Mixer for the win! After my KA mixer laid its self off last week, I immediately got on the Mr. mixer website and ordered a refurbished mixer. This machine has been completely rebuilt and has all the upgraded bells and whistles. I also purchased the larger bowl which will make mixing icing less messy. Mr. Mixers customer service is TOP notch! I ordered Saturday. It shipped Monday and I got it today! Not only was shipping super fast they called me to ask me about the extras I ordered. I didn't know that the upgraded parts I ordered had already been added. They immediately refunded me $55 which they didn't have to do as I wouldn't have been any wiser.
