First of all it was really hard to get in to a pump - despite having several pumping stations they were all packed and cars were swarming to angle in for a spot. I was cut off a few times and I finally just sat and waited for a motorcycle to wrap up so I could pull in. Once I got in I figured my luck was about to turn over but the power to the entire gas station just randomly shut off as I got out of my car and it rendered the whole stop closed. I was pretty bummed because I do like Loves and it meant I was going to have to chance it on a low tank to the next town. The employee working was really kind though and told me where the next town over was and how to get there. Overall I hope to return and give this one another try. If anything it needs to be expanded and perhaps put in a generator!

There is also a Tiger Express car wash at this location. It's always pretty busy, but there are plenty of pumps so I never have to wait in line. The parking lot could be a little bigger - it always seems to be full, no matter the time of day. I also love that they offer a rewards program - it's a great incentive to keep coming back!

Inside this place was maybe slightly above average for a gas station. It was overall clean and had decent offerings. I was a little bummed that they only had liquid death and bubblr as sparkling water options. I do like liquid death but I was in the mood for something a bit more crisp and without flavor but c'est la vie! Bubblr is caffeinated and is just not my jam at all. I have never been in this gas station and been greeted pleasantly or treated with respect. I work near this gas station and had made a habit of stopping daily on my way home from work or while on my break. Now due to the continued lack of customer service and blatant rudeness I drive to the next town to get what I need. It is inconvenient but worth spending my money where it is wanted.
