But GLENN deserves special mention. A couple years after getting remarried my wife sat me down and we had a talk about my style. I wore clothing that didn't match well, were out of style, and didn't fit me well. She told me that her male friends from work mentioned that they shopped at Mens Wearhouse. Frankly, I didn't like the brand ("I guarantee it!" Made me feel like I was going to get ripped off.) I had never even considered shopping there. Luckily on my first visit I met GLENN. Yes, I know that I can find clothes cheaper elsewhere. But, I don't mind paying for what I get. I have never been disappointed by the quality. If I ever had any issues, they took care of them immediately. The clothes fit well, look good, and are durable. That is value. What else could you want? GLENN always welcomes me with a friendly smile and greeting. No matter what my need, he helps me find the perfect fit. I know that there are other good people working at this store. And when I am in a pinch and GLENN is not there, I am happy to do business with them. But, it's GLENN that made made a loyal customer. TUX RENTAL PEOPLE - Quit your complaining. Think about it. Very disappointing experience with the tailoring service at this Men's Wearhouse…read more I brought in a shirt that needed an alteration and was basically told they would not adjust it. I also left a pair of pants for alterations after explaining the fit issues, but when I picked them up, barely anything had been changed and the original problems were still there. I eventually took the pants somewhere else, and the difference was obvious. The other tailor actually asked the right questions, looked at how the pants sat on my body, discussed what I wanted changed, and altered them based on my actual fit. That is what I expected from a store that advertises professional tailoring services. My experience here left me wondering how seriously they take customers who need anything beyond very basic alterations. Perhaps they are more comfortable handling straightforward occasion wear than actually dialing in the fit of a garment. The clothing selection itself is also nothing particularly special. It is largely a mishmash of mainstream labels similar to what you might find at a traditional department store. This seems like a perfectly adequate place for someone who rarely wears suits and needs something quickly for a wedding, interview, or other occasional event. But if you care about how your clothing actually fits and want thoughtful alterations, I would recommend taking your clothes to an experienced independent tailor instead.

The owner PJ was really friendly and professional throughout our entire visit. Price of the suit was pretty fair too for what it is prior to us paying. We were fitted for a suit really quickly but we were told that the suit would take 6 weeks to come in and we waited nearly 8 weeks and some of my friends are waiting more. If you need to get alteration it will add some time as well. Overall, the presentation of the suit and the staff every time I've been here has been outstanding not nonetheless. They take great Hospitality of their guests throughout the visit which makes up for some lost time. Definitely come back and check out their sales that they have at certain points of the year.

The store feels like a vibrant man cave and a gateway to the professional world. Meeting Steve was such a great time. My only con about the store that dissapointed me was that I went to their website and they didn't have an online store. It's a bit of a drive to Geneva so an online store would of been convenient.
