The new one is downtown Chicago. John has dry eye (after LASIK and cataracts removals and cornea lens replacements, I am very familiar with dry eye) which causes him to blink an awful lot. John allowed old married me be playful and flirty with young him after hearing when us asked 5'0" tall and my 6'4" white husband if we were together My husband said "Hell NO!" and walked off to look at his own shoes So while John was eyeballing my shoe size ( size women's 5 1/2, size 6 with spendy Curex insoles that only they carry) we were chatty and he permitted me pretend that he was winking at me My new shoes feel like I am walking on clouds I would especially like to mention their SUPERIOR disability parking Not only is there disability parking with a back disability entrance, they PROVIDE their own wheelchair at their risk and cost outside (see photo) As I know far too well from my personal experience as a ‍ runner... we face numerous wrist/knee/ankle/ you name it we got 'em injuries 5 stars to John at Wheaton as well as the young lady who played "fetch," getting shoe sizes and insoles for me 5 stars for ALL Naperville Running Co. And their excellent selection especially for my husband's wide feet, their sock collection which they DONATE and their handled recycle paper bags!!

It didn't heal at the speed I wanted so the doctor sent me to physical therapy. The therapist there told me I didn't have proper running shoes. And to prevent injury I had to buy my shoes at Dick Pond. And that was the only place she shops for her entire family. I was surprised how adamant she was. Well, of course I went there. Sure enough the sales person was friendly and professional. She knew her business. Measured both feet, watched me walk across the room and so on. She brought out several shoes for me to try and they were all good. The pair I purchased are the best shoes I have ever run in. I am back to running, but not fully yet, and my confidence has been restored with this quality shoe. I will never by running shoes anywhere else again! Great place!

This is the third time I have been into this location. Twice by myself and once with my husband. The first time I was by myself, I was treated different. Couldn't put my finger on it until the next time when my husband came with me to this location. We were followed around like common thieves, bothered repeatedly. I had items placed in the fitting room by staff, tried on, purchased and left. Very unwelcoming location. The third time, while I was within the vicinity, I brought with me a pair of jeans in which I had purchased at the Naperville Illinois location a few days prior. The metal "Whitehouse Black Market" tag had popped off the back pocket of the jeans. On June 23, 2025 while I was in the area I needed exchange these jeans without an attitude from Terri. She refused to call Naperville, claimed the jeans were clearance-which they were not, refused to listen to me, argumentative, rude, wasting my time. I called Naperville, was given the clothing item number, provided that to Terri however she still couldn't or wouldn't find online or order so I had Naperville hold the same pair of jeans because Terri wouldn't call and do her job, claims that these jeans are clearance-they are not, they are brand new, this store just did not know the the Whitehouse black market clothing that is brand new or not updated-whatever, not my problem. She claimed that no stores carried these. manager, Jenny came to assist and had to tell Terri to go in the back as she kept running her mouth and continuing to be disrespectful. The best part-lol is when she walked past me and put her middle finger on her face a flipped me off. How old are you woman that you are so caddy, disrespectful and think this veteran military cop is not going to call corporate and say something. Did the district manager ever call me to apologize-no. So here's the review that I promised would happen. Oh as to following a person around the store and attempting to demean our net worth wrong people folks to do that to. Might want to check some fact history on who we are and what we have. This Is the second time the same sales associate cut off another…read moresales associate and wanted to assist me, but all she did was argue with me, berate me and would not return my items. I asked for the manager, and she continued to fight with me. She said there was no manager there long and and behold the manager walks out I' left I would not do business with them and be treated this way. And on top of it the manager allowed the sales associate to continue to berate me as I walked out of the store I've already filed out complaint with White House black market six months ago when the same thing happened and this lady is still working there, do not go to the store.
