My busband tried to go take a shower at the place the water stopped draining, it went up to his ankles so he used a plunger to remove blockage & translucent gunk with black maggots came up out of the drain into the bathtub. The toilets with literally gurgiling so we tried to flush it & thats when the black maggots came up. They "tried" to fix the kicthen with foam. The pillar in front of the townhome is literally about to fall apart. the crawllspace is completely full of mold. The whole apartment smells like humidity & mold. They are completely unprofessional & wouldn't give us our deposit back despite everything. Jana no longer answers therefore We are handling it with our lawyer. The pool was our favorite spot to be at during the summer. Management was great to work with. Maintenance was always on top of things and grounds were always looking great. Management always tried to engage with their tenants by having tenant appreciation days, craft days, Halloween parties, etc. We always had a great time meeting our neighbors at those events. I would recommend Canyon Club to anyone and we will actually miss living here. A huge shout out to Sabrina, Tierra, and George. You all made Canyon Club a great place to live in!

The noise levels are very low, except the occasional bar-hopper and we can hear the high school football game or marching band; nothing that I would consider a disturbance though. I love marching bands! My neighbors are exceptionally lovely as well. The night we moved in, I think we met most of the people in the immediate area of our apartment. The people across the way were having a small party and offered us a "Welcome to the neighborhood" shot. It felt really comfortable, like we had been old friends that moved back from living out of town or something. Even now, I say hi to my neighbors which is something no one did at our last apartment. It's a true community here. Even now, I'm dreading the day when I'll have to move out of this amazing little hamlet, which in my opinion is one of the loveliest communities in Indy!

I have a dog and there are many dogs in the complex, but I have not had any issues with any other dogs. The price is good too - not overpriced. I would highly recommend living here.
