Our waitress was a lovely young woman who took the time to go through the menu with us and tell us things that were popular with regulars. I chose a roast beef melt with tomato soup and my husband got a gargantuan sized turkey dinner with all the fixings --real mashed potatoes and gravy, roast turkey, which they roast in house, and stuffing with a side of carrots. To round out our meal we had coffee and two scoops of ice cream also made in house by the waitress's father. Delicious, especially the cherry vanilla. Along that note, my wife ordered the BLT sandwich, and gave me some of the bacon, which was really good! Our friend George ordered the pizza burger, which also looked good, and he seemed to enjoy it. Their fresh cut fries were fantastic as well.
