It took over half a year for Black Knight to repair the damage they caused, then sent a bill to us. We refused to pay and Black Knight filed small claims against us. We showed up to court but Bob dismissed the claim that morning and never showed up. We now receive "blacklisted" letters from Bob. No worries Bob, we will never be there again. I record any conversations with Bob because he is a liar. Protect yourselves and get it in writing or record it.

After a second trip and more discussion I decided on a new table. Bob worked out a great deal including delivery and set up. The guys that set up the table were great and very professional. At first I just wanted an inexpensive table Sears or that level... I ended up spending a little more but I could not be happier with the looks and value of a true billiard table.

Being by the back entrance we were 'treated' to cigarette smoke coming into the room. Why didn't you turn on the AC you ask? We did but the fan drowned out the television sound. We endured the roar of the fan after we closed the window - which did not lock. Breakfast was good, staff helped with serving the hot offerings.

One of our team members found a bug in his bed, and naturally, everyone's first thought was bed bugs. We immediately notified the front desk, but instead of taking it seriously, the staff brushed it off and claimed it was "just a stink bug." The photos we have tell a very different story. Bed bugs are a serious issue, and the complete lack of concern or urgency from hotel management was unacceptable. No apology, no offer to inspect other rooms, nothing. Because of this, we're in the process of moving our entire team elsewhere. If you value cleanliness and basic accountability, you may want to think twice before booking here. I want to be clear this was not in my room but in two separate rooms people in my party had.
