They estimated that it would take between 7 and 10 days to replace one double pane, double hung. This was in September, so it was still nice out, and not a huge deal having a window missing in our living room for a week. Simple enough to just cover it. 10 days later, still no call about the window replacement being finished. We waited a few more days, still nothing, so we called in. It wasn't ready yet, but they said it should be in soon because the company who replaces glass for them was running a little behind with shipping. We waited til the start of the next week. Still nothing. So we called again asking how much longer it would be since we were into October at that point. They still didn't know, so we had no choice but to wait longer. Waited a few more days, then called AGAIN. Still nothing. We asked about a discount since it was about 3 weeks of waiting at this point. They said we could come, borrow a window that might fit, put that in place of it for a while, then bring it back when our replacement window was ready. We didn't want to deal with the driving back and forth since we live about half an hour away in the country, so we skipped that. The we waited another week. Still no call, so we called AGAIN, this time just threatening to cancel the order. When we did this, the person amazingly had a date to finally give us for when the window would be in, but also said we wouldn't get our deposit back if we cancelled. Strangely, we were never even asked to put down a deposit... The window arrived a few days later, and they installed it into our frame. Exactly 30 days. 4x as long as they said it would take, and now it was the end of October, after it had already dropped into the 30s a few times. I brought this up when I picked up the window, and they just blamed their glass supplier. I asked about the discount since it took a month instead of a week, and she said the discount was being allowed to take their "loaner window", which we denied, but still gave me 10% off when I pressed a little more. But, of course, the price they gave us on the receipt when we dropped it off didn't include tax, so after taking off the 10% then adding the tax, it was a wash. And the window wasn't even wrapped or put in a small box to be transported safely back to our home. When I asked if it could be wrapped for a little protection, once again it was a hassle. The lady working the counter huffed at me, took it in back, wrapped it up, brought it out, put it down, and didn't say another word to me. So in my experience, I'd never use them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to either. They'll blame another company they do business with when things go wrong, and don't seem to care how long it takes for your windows to be replaced. But why would they care if they know they'll get paid by you no matter what?

Order took longer to come in then quoted ...found this out after calling a week after arrival date.Installers were given a weekday and weekend day as availability .Neither were convenient for THEM ! Had to call owner to get a more reasonable date .When the day came several installers arrived ( friendly) but work was not without issues. We were told our 10yr old screen door which was in good condition could not be installed without gaps. They did not have replacement parts in color to match (told... you can paint the one we put on! )Then they installed WRONG door! When the owner was contacted he blamed factory.NO apology until I called to complain. We were told they would do a rush order and all problems would be fixed when they came back.4 wks later I had to call to find out where our door was??!Again no apology ,they came installed door and did very poor job of fixing gaps etc. The reply I received when I told him how disappointed we were in his professionalism, workmanship and lack of any offer to compensate the issues was "Well it wasn't my fault the factory screwed up" ! Wow! Small company, spectacular service…read more This is the company that Kaz Construction suggested. My job was very small. As are they. The glass replacements in my garage door are superb. Not clear glass, more of a vague, rainy type. Very cool. Excellent service. I believe that it's family owned/operated and local. All great selling points. Hopefully I will not need their services anytime soon - read that as HUBBY has been forbidden from cleaning garage door panels - however I would not hesitate to use them again.
