Brought my inside cracked 50 year old Pella "Double glazing panel insert" with metal frame and…read moreretaining clips to Advance Glass; was from original casement window for which Pella no longer makes replacement inserts, no longer repairs them, and other glass locations they recommended will not repair. I was told by Pella service in Buffalo NY "too difficult to remove glass" and same comment by 2 large glass firms in area. Advance did an excellent job, fair price for time and materials required and much less expensive than replacing windows which are in otherwise great condition. Reinserted with perfect fit and seal. Definitely highly recommend if replacement glass for a Pella panel insert needed.

After a huge remodel of the front porch, I needed a couple of the old storm windows to be…read moresiliconed. I called several places and the only ones who would see me with Aberdeen play class. I brought the windows in. They took me right in and brought me to the workshop and they silicone the glass to the frame free of charge. I had a new red oak storm door installed instead of giving me the tempered glass, that I paid for, the manufacturer gave me a permanent screen. I chased them for months for the glass but to no avail. i called several Glass places that I was referred to. One in Hamburg, and one in Clarence. Both came out for estimates. The one in Clarence never gave me a price! I called 3 X! The one in Hamburg sent me inflated prices for the storm door as well as two windows inside to replace glass, as well as on my garage. My bad, as I had forgotten Aberdeen's name and didn't know if that's the type of work they did! I'll shorten it. They came out, gave me a reasonable estimate, broke out the glass of the broken windows as a courtesy and took it with them! No one else did this. Best part: their price was half of what anyone else wanted for the front door, and they installed it in approximately one week. They are gentleman and a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend them.

So we picked out a really nice ($60) frame at Michaels that we got for $17 during a sale, but needed a piece of mirror cut, since Michaels didn't carry the size we needed. I found this place and was happy to hear it would only cost $12.5 for what we needed and it was cut within 5 min of paying. My only complaints are it was DIRTY! The front of the store where customers walk through and can look at things on display should ALWAYS be clean. It looked like this place hadn't been swept, dusted or mopped in a year. Also, the employee moved quite slow and decided to finish his conversation outside with someone else, before he came in to help me.
