Larger companies like Woodwind-Brasswind don't offer the level of customer service as smaller shops, luckily I found Taylor Music! These guys are absolutely five-star when it comes to customer service and the products they offer. I originally bought an instrument from them a year ago that had a complete overhaul done and when I received it, I could tell the quality of workmanship was the best of quality, bar none. More recently, I reached out to the repair department in search of various musical instrument parts. Paul was very pleasant to deal with; he got me what I needed for a good price and the shipping was quicker than UPS thought it would be. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with their customer service, reasonably-priced offerings, and quality of workmanship and wouldn't hesitate purchasing from them again, even if they are 1,500+ miles away (I'm in NY).
