They were extremely responsive and informative and over email explained the pricing and process and were very open to what I wanted the final product to look like. I dropped the hoodie off on a Tuesday, and told it would be finished by Friday-- it was done the next day! They were very nice and patient even when I wanted to change thread colors around. And it's exactly what I pictured! My boyfriend loooooves it! And Cow and Chunks do too! Super super happy with Monogram It and will be using them again and recommending them to everyone! Went in to get some new company shirts done and overall I'm pretty pleased…read more They did the digitizing of the artwork within a few days and then after tweaking the colors a few times we arrived at a great looking embroidery of the company logo. From there is was just a few days to have some nice , new shirts with my company logo. The pricing is fair and the embroidery quality looks good. One complaint would be that I have several shirts done and some have the logo at a different angle (some are horizontal, some slant to the left and some slant to the right). If I order more I will make sure they watch that closer but overall I'm happy. Enjoy!
